dahonestboss:

In as much as there is no tuition fee to study in Finland, you need to show a minimum of 6000 euros yearly for your residence permit application or renewals, It can not be be negotiated, you must have it in your bank account.

I don't understand your question very well, but you can as well rephrase it, if It was not answered accordingly.

ur answer is ok.

will the 6000 euros be in my account in a nigerian bank or otherwise?

Politics / Re: Africans Should NOT Support Barack Obama by excondido(m): 3:06pm On Oct 10, 2012
Gbawe: @Igbo2011.

I was never comfortable with the messianic support Obama received from Africans because I believed it to be an emotional and gross simplification of the American Presidency. An American president is not so much a person. He is an institution that will always be compelled and 'harmonised', above everything else, to do what is best for the USA.

It is those , in the first place, who wanted to associate the American Presidency with colour and continental goodwill (i.e Obama's link with Africa) who will be disappointed with Obama.

Those who never regarded Obama's race and origin as pertinent will understand he is simply another individual who must continue the effort to keep America dominant. This "dominance" may come at the expense of others to include Africans and it is naive, given all that is known about the USA , for anyone to think the racial and continental origin of the man in the White House changes anything. This is not necessarily a bad thing and we Africans should learn from it. Allegiance and loyalty should , first and foremost, be to the land that has developed you. Obama is not Kenyan or African. He is, beyond the dreamy rhetoric, and for the purposes that matter, 100% American.

VUVUZELA10: This action by NSCDC is retrogressive. Why not encourage the brain behind these refineries? This how we missed all the technological opportunities of Biafra engineers.

heating crude oil in seemingly open flame is a no brainer. beside most of the enviromental issues in the niger delta is a direct impact of illegal refining as heavy fractions are disposed off indiscreminately into water bodies.

Phones / Re: Make Your Phone A Super Fast Mobile Browser by excondido(m): 9:44pm On Oct 04, 2012
Omega44: Do you know you can make your mobile gadget a super fast mobile browser. My experiment reveal that joining two phone networks together one from dead gprs enable phone to a working one will simply make your phone a super fast mobile browser as the phone is in theory using two network, this may also keep you online in a faint network area and am also afraid making the network three may force free browsing.

i understand what u mean here but my method is slightly different.

what i do especially where network is poor is to use a transistor radio to boost my phones network thereby increasing my browsing speed. radio uses gprs to transmit signals at specified frequency, so when tuned gprs signal helps to increase browsing speed. although a disturbing sound can be heard when the page is uploading.

knotty: Where will the world be without mining?
Post-Stone age perhaps.
Mining is not the problem.
The problem is the corruption of everything called PROCESS.
We have found ways to circumvent all decent processes that guarantee environmental safety because some govt officials must make a few quick bucks here and there and miners must cut corners in the face of seemingly lax regulations.
Yes, mining comes with attendant environmental problems, but there are compensatory processes that ameliorate those inconveniences but the lax business environment we find ourselves in allows those problems to quadruple.
my thoughts too.

the tone of ur letter is down right insensitive smirking the so called job seeker arrogant is not the best way to go about it.
there are different school of thought on how to approach the labor market, thus talking at people that pride is the cause of their lack of job doesnt warm the heart at all.
i encourage people to start small and aim high but putting them down like u did gonna spur anybody.

u need to be sympathetic to their plight by telling them to keep pushing .
