I don't know if it's my village fifil at work here. So far I have sold 3 domains and non of them sold more than $40. How do you guys sell domains at 3 - 4 figure price sef.

To even make matter worse, afterninc, silo, sedo have banned me from their platforms. Only list on bido and goddady. Any advice?

It seems you have a peculiar problem if all of these platforms have banned you. I f I may ask; what have you done wrongly everywhere? What is the actual pro lem facing you.

I think you need to attached your card with Nigeria paypal and see if it will be accepted, if accepted then youj are good to go.

No it hasn't I must not lie, but several experience guy has told me it worked for them, reason I said the quality of the name is the important factor.

The valuable names are very rear these days, people looks for rear names and they sell themselves, but the outbounding mails are just for awareness only, Lengthy mails does not do well as well because the CEO and other decision makers does not have time to read lengthy mails. So the mail should be very precise and straight to the point or purpose.

No! I disagreed with you, there are Nigerians hands in the scam. Though, the guy was too greedy but nevertheless if you follow the conversation very well, Nigerans are truelly the scammers.

I wanted to buy a domain on GD closeout some weeks ago, after inputing my card details and continued with payment i never got any response from GD if my payment was successful. Same incident happened last night domain was available and i verified my card details to be correct, and instantly payed for it. I still wasn't debited by my bank, hence whenever i search for the name sometimes it brings as available sometime it say domain is taken. What could really be happening?

Go to your bank and tell them you are unable to spend your card online when needed to do so, and they will activate the online option for you.

But one thing I wouldn't advice you is to use any borowed money for this investment,! In order way; please do not use any borrowed money for domaining, because it takes time to master it

the CPC is there readily before regging. CPC simply mean Cost Per Click - that is the cost paid on that keyword by advertisers and you will be given part of the money when clicks ad that uses that particular keyword on your blog or website.

So also if you register any domain that has high CPC it meant one of the values of your domain when regged.

You mean.if I register my name for my business, it can not be a good name? Provided I achieve what I needed to achive in my business, would you say it is not good? That is why I said any name that enable one to achieve a particular purpose is a good one.
But when you intend to sell a name, that name must be valuable that any one who needs it could achieve the purpose of that name.

For example Google bought a-z (26 letters) sometime last year, will you say that name is not a good one? So like I have said; any name is good; provided it meets up with the purpose of what It was needed for.

But when you are registering or buying names for sales, you must make sure the names meets up with some factors necessary for public or foreign consumptions, so that it does not tie down your money.

He did not ask me if the name is sellable! and even with that, Good name may not sell fast in the market due to mant reasons, i.e price and some other factors.

Every domain is good but it now depends on what purpose you registered your domain names. hyphenated domains are good for parking if they have good traffic and good CPC. etc.
$1.6 CPC is too low for that searching figure, something like 50 -100k should be ok for that search result and something around $10 - $25 CPC for 6k seaching

Hologram is a security niche and it is growing fast in the market, many people love using holo in there documents and many companies are setting up hologram.
More so it has good searching on Google.com - see create hologram "Create Hologram" on google it has about 12,900 search result. It is also about 2 years old and a meaningful dictionary two words that works well together.

In my own view, it is a good one.

The domain can sell soon, if you buy it. However, I 'm not forcing you to buy, there are many ways to find your good domains, depending on how and what you intend to gain from the domain name.

Some prefer to get domains for parking and some likes to get domain for quick sales and some are ready to get any good domain name and sell to end user when they come to look for it.

I tried registering a domain from Godaddy closeout which auction is suppose to end in next 6hours I have supplied payment details but I did not receive notification if payment was successful. I tried to retry but the website says "domain is no longer available at auction" does it mean I have successfully acquired the name, or the domain has been bought by someone else.
I have up-to 5k in naira and I did payment with PayPal domain costs around $15

It seems the domain was registered with another registrar and Godaddy will bring it from the registrar where it was formerly registered and it should take about five days to complete. But you should have known when you are making payment for the name.
Check your account when it is around five days.

You have missed a one word dictionary domain name! You should have regged it. Well! A lesson learned It is one of those bitter lessons that you must learn, don't worry, the best is yet to come. Forget about it and keep learning. The name was regged on 10/01/2018.
