What ever website you design, you have to make sure it makes income, without that no way for sales. But if you can make it profitable with adsense for at least few dollars on monthly basis for several months it will sell.
The major requirement for selling website is income. Second thing is to use unique theme for the website or blog design. The domain may not be too good but it must be niche based.

Get two referees, ID card (National, driving License, Travelling passport, or voters card), Utility bill - last three month power holding receipt.

But it is not every name that can be used as adult name. Look at the name from your inteligence and see if such name can be used as adult name , then do away with it. Chinese like using of numbers and x/x/x and so on as adult service.

There are many types of hearing aids and not only one type of tools - only one website can sell series of hearing aid tools. Hearing tool is only one type of tool. and for someone to have a website it must have plenty of goods to sell.
Though you can register the hearing tool if it is available but it is not good enough
