I cheq expireddomain dot com for a list of expired domains and i saw one which i liked so i quickly rushed to godaddy to register it, on getting there, i was told the domain isn't available.
I'm surprised coz i thought since the domain has bin listed as expired, it's free to be picked up by someone else.

You can visit expireddomain.net to get some interested domains backordered and when dropped the domain will be pushed into your account.

However, the owner of a.particular domain can still renew if domain expired and in redemption period. But when dropped; it is available for everybody to register as a new domain.It takes about 45 days in expired period, another 30days at redemption period and 5days in drop process.

Could that be you have you sold domain there? Could it be you are using US address/contact. If you are using US address you must pay tax. However, If you are using US address you can change your address to Nigeria, and there will be no tax problem. But if not possible to change your address; I 'm sorry for you.

For geo domainers, reduce your risk and increase your chances of selling by going for cities with at least a population of 100k. Another good point is, when searching your keywords on search engines for end users, the presence of adverts in your search results is a good sign. Nothing is cast in iron though. Just my 2kobo.

Morning guys, I hope we all know that all domains reg on netsol with the 1d promo has auto renewal. Bosses should tell us what to do when renewal is near ooooo. I also hope they will release auth code on time when we have to transfer to probably namesilo.

You can switch off the auto renewal and secondly, you can remove your card/s when you are done with registrations.

You are correct. Remove additional services if you don't want them and the price will reduce to $1 each x number of domains searched and you can buy them at once instead of buying one by one.
Though many tabs will open but you can just buy from the tab that has all the names you have searched when ready to buy them

Try GTB MasterCard.
Its worked for me, I've registered 1 name tonight.

The only problem for me is that it only ever allows me to register like 1 name in a day or so.

Once I use my card to register 1 name, it will refuse to accept the card anymore, and be bringing that error message "unable to process your card" no matter what I do....change browsers, clear cookies, use a different card, same response.
But if I chill till the following day and try again, the transaction will go through for 1 more name pere.
After that, it will refuse again till the following day.
Same thing was happening with the old link before they stopped it.

Abeg, if anybody knows how I can register more than only 1 name at once in a day, ...like maybe how to add like 5 names to cart before proceeding to checkout, pls let me know.
Or any other tips on the way forward.

Right click and open the promo link 5 or more times and each time will open with a separate windows and then go to your cart where you are having all of domains searched and buy them at once.

I was of the opinion that you can list your domain name to be sold on different sites simultaneously, but u saying after listing on undeveloped, that of namesilo will be shot down. This is why I asked for the reason that namesilo get shot down when both listing should run concurrently

When you add name server at undeveloped; the page will show up and when that happened the page at namesilo will no longer show up. But your domains can still be found but unlike that of when you have their name server set up.
When you have namesilo server set up their page shows form and in which buyer can negotiate or BIN but when their name server is not set up such can not show for any customers.

Funny thing happened yesterday, I registered a name on Netsol, listed for $599 (undeveloped) and did outbound (facebook) immediately, I got two interested buyers, the first guy said he was interested, he dropped his email and I followed up. In less than 1 hour the other guy made an offer of $399 and I didn't counter it (I could have gotten more but I have learnt not to be greedy or attached to any domain), DOMAIN SOLD. Then 30 minutes later the other guy asked me why the domain was $599 bla bla bla, I told him that it has already been sold and I can't do anything about it, like 6hours later his business partner contacted me about the domain and asked if similar names are available, I asked him if he would be interested in buying the plural and he said yes. I don buy and put up the plural for $499, I know say before today go end, this one sef go sell.

Why did I tell this story? A GOOD DOMAIN AND A LITTLE MARKETING SKILLS ARE ALL YOU NEED TO SELL YOUR DOMAIN! If your question is HOW DO I GET A GOOD DOMAIN, my answer would be READ THIS THREAD FROM PAGE 1.

That is what I was talking; domaining is a biz that needs you to look for a better way of selling your domains; the way that can work for you may not work for another fellows and then you keep doing same things that works for you always and develop on it. Asking repeated questions can not help anybody.

If you want your domain to sell at undeveloped; you should use their NS1.undeveloped.com, NS2.undeveloped.com and your sales page at namesilo will shot down.
About Cards - One ,major card that works well is the GTbank card, you can add your cards on paypal and buy via paypal at netsol.com and if you so like you can as well register with any of your card directly or via paypal if one fails you shift to other card.
I have Ecobank card and GTb on paypal and that is what I do.

However if your GtB card is not working you can visit their customer care and you are good to go.

Sell your domains and get your money via many channels; If paypal; there are many of them who could give you their paypal address and they will collect the money and pay you into your bank account here in Nigeria. If dom account, there are people here as well who can help you. You can also collect your proceeds via bitcoin and so on.
