Foreign Affairs › White House Staff To Move Out The Obamas & Move In The Trumps In 6 Hours by Explorers(op): 9:03am On Jan 03, 2017

White House staff are preparing for the whirlwind moving day where they will have just six hours to move out Obamas and move in the new First Family.

While president-elect Donald Trump delivers his inauguration speech on January 20, nearly 100 staffers will be frantically making the 132-room mansion ready for the Trumps.

From 10.30am, staff will begin moving the Obamas belongings into waiting trucks on the South Lawn, and moving the Trump family's items inside.

'It's more like organized chaos,' Chief White House usher Stephen Rochon admitted to CNN. 'We have one truck at the South Lawn that belongs to the outgoing president and first family facing south, and the incoming truck facing north toward the White House is on the east side of the south grounds.'

While Donald Trump is being sworn in as as the 45th president of the United States of America, staffers will be rushing to move out the Obamas's possessions and move his into the White House.

State television showed the diplomats and their families gathering their luggage on the tarmac in the rain before heading inside the terminal via buses.

The curtains on the windows remained shut to avoid showing their faces as their identities have not been officially disclosed.

In freezing conditions in Moscow, the diplomats and their families were ushered off the flight and into waiting buses on the tarmac.

'NO COMPUTER IS SAFE', SAYS TRUMP Donald Trump yesterday said 'no computer is safe' as he expressed further doubts over claims Russia tried to influence the US election through hacking.

The US president-elect also cryptically claimed that he knows 'things thato ther people don't know' about the issue.

Speaking at his New Year's Eve party in Florida, Mr Trump said: 'You know, if you have something really important, write it out and have it delivered by courier, the old-fashioned way.

Because I'll tell you what, no computer is safe.

I don't care what they say.'

The 35 suspected Russian spies expelled by Barack Obama arrived back in Moscow in the early hours of this morning with their families.

Mr Obama last week expelled the diplomats over the hacking of US political groups during the 2016 presidential election.

The US government accused the diplomats of 'acting in a manner inconsistent with their diplomatic status' a euphemism for spying and gave them 72 hours to leave the country.

The special flight touched down at Vnukovo airport's VIP terminal under darkness in Moscow at 2.08am today after departing from Dulles International Airport in Virginia yesterday.

masseratti:
i thought the harmony will dwarf the titanic in size, the titanic must be pretty big to be more than half the size of the harmony. Do you have a comparative picture of the harmony and a USS carrier?

At all, but i think the largest of the carriers is the Nimitz with 1,092ft compared to HOS with 1,188ft.

As promised by the Russian government, a plane has landed at the Dulles International Airport in Virginia, to transport the 35 Russian diplomats and their families, who were expelled by President Obama for their alleged meddling in the presidential election, back to their country.

The aircraft was spotted at the airport in Sterling, just outside of Washington, DC, on Saturday.

The special flight arrived to pickup the Russian diplomats from across the country who were labeled 'persona non grata' by Obama and given 72hours to leave the US.U-Haul trucks were seen pulling up to the aircraft as it was packed down with the diplomats' belongings.

Crews worked to pack the truck loads of boxes onto the plane.

The Kremlin addressed the expulsion on Friday and said they would send the plane to the US to pick up the expelled diplomats, ensuring that they are out of the country by Obama's New Year's Day deadline.

In their announcement on Twitter, the Kremlin included a picture of the Rossiya Special Flight Squadron aircraft that landed in Virginia.

The plane, an Ilyushin Il-96, is part of the fleet of aircraft which ferry Russian President Vladimir Putin, his ministers and senior politicians around Russia and beyond.
