This list is flawed honestly.
If genuinely everyone gets MBBS on the appropriate route. Then we would see a great list.
If you see how IGBOS pay so hugely for a slot here in one of the North-Central States University. It's quite sad. Not only are they cheating the quota system, they are taking away directly what belongs to qualified poor indigene students who merit the process.
God help us all |

Those days are still fresh in my memory as though it was yesterday. I could remember vividly when I landed school, the first thing that graced me was the whole class reading to me a love letter sent by a girl to me at my area. You could imagine the shame and reproach it brought upon me. I thought I threw the letter away. Omoh I wish I could turn back the hands of time. |

Terrahawk: This is student loan it is not compulsory and not for everyone. If you want it, than you can apply, and it's means tested, based on your academic performance etc. on average only about 25% of students would take it and also be eligible. Great development for the Aisiwaju administration. I should definitely apply for the scheme |

Health › Re: How Do I Travel With Antiretroviral Drugs For My Brother by exynos(m): 8:17pm On Mar 01, 2024 |
passion007: You cannot get HIV from a puncture from a discarded nail. HIV is a very fragile virus that does not survive for long outside the human body.
Similarly, it's nearly impossible to get HIV by sharing clippers - the clipper would have had to cause open bleeding skin on a person with HIV then immediately used on you and cause open bleeding skin on you. In all my 40 years of having my hair cut, I have never bled from a clipper.
So, people are right to focus on sexual transmission because that is the major means of HIV transmission, usually from people who don't know they're living with HIV. People with HIV who are on treatment and undetectable however cannot pass on HIV to anyone else. It is possible to get the virus from a shared clipper service. I know the number of times I have bled from barbing. The odds are quite low but you should understand that there is a possibility. |
Health › Re: How Do I Travel With Antiretroviral Drugs For My Brother by exynos(m): 9:51pm On Feb 29, 2024 |
It's so disturbing to understand that many NLanders feel HIV is only transmitted through sexual intercourse.
They fail to understand that a microstrain of the virus on the blade of a poorly disinfected clipper could infect a host. Or an unseen sharp nail-like metal that must have pierced an infected host in a Danfo bus could infect a clean host. SMH |

Seekinginfo: Hi all, recently I had sex with a girl I really liked then discovered she is a liar and a runs girl who happened to like me.
Although I used condom but the condom bursted. Fast forward few weeks later I am worried about the symptoms I have.
I had sore throat for about 5 days and something that appears like ulcer on my tongue and cleared within 5 days but I do have it even before ( due to being diabetic ) but can't remember if I do have sore throat before now.
Due to how randy the girl seems ( I went through her phone ) I have reasons to be scared.
My question is, is it possible to have only one symptom of a disease if one has the said disease? I am very very very worried. No you're not. You're having likened symptoms because you are trying to react to possible symptoms of the said disease you searched on the internet. Go to the hospital for professional assays. Getting your symptoms checked on the internet could get you killed quickly than the said HIV. Even if you are pronounced positive— which I doubt, it's not the end of world. Proper medications when you detect early could suppress the viral load and eventually, you become undetectable. All thanks to recent antivirals that have been added to the list. The cure for this deadly disease is very imminent. So brace up yourself, there are even more deadly diseases than the purported HIV/AIDS |

Anitatunde: I travelled to Tanzania in 2018, in search of greener pastures, greener than The green in Nigerias flag. I was skilled and versatile in cosmetics and beauty products in general. So the plan was to establish a multi million dollar cosmetics firm, far away in a country called Tanzania.
I took multi layers of loans from different micro finance banks, friends and relatives. I was able to gather almost 30 million naira. I applied for a Tanzanian visa and it was out in days. I travelled the following week to east Africa with big plans and big dreams. It was a tourist visa, the plan here is to get a working permit so as to establish my dream firm without slowing down.
Little did I know that trouble awaits me in the future. I was able to get a contact of an immigration officer who will help facilitate the transition from tourist to a working visa. I paid over 1200 in USD. In less than 1 week, I had all necessary doc needed in setting up my business. Everything was going on smoothly, business was thriving. I easily made over 2million naira in pure profit in 3 months.
One morning, government officials came to my building requesting for my license and stuff, I smiled while feeding them with all the documentations and licenses. Little did I know that day will be the last day I will be seeing the company I have built up from scratch.
When the officers imputed my details on there system, it showed that all my documents were forged and not authentic. I was handcuffed immediately and sent to their cell, while my case is been arranged for court. After some days, I was sent to court, to cut the long story short, I was charged with forgery, unlicensed production of goods and over stay in Tanzania, I got a 2 year sentence.
Typing… I pray for a partner like your type, you're very brave. |
