In the last one year, this trend of women kidnapping children has been on the rampage. Fortunately,a number of these women have been caught in recent times by the public and they are always rescued from the mob justice and whisked away by the police. But the sad thing is that nothing is ever heard of the outcome again. If the Nigerian Police is a serious outfit, one of such 'arrests' is enough lead to get to the root of this syndicate and crack this nefarious activity. If the Nigerian police can take this more seriously, they will save the lives of innocent children and save their parents the heartbreak. Not long ago I shared on this forum the story of how a friend's wife unknowingly saved a little girl around Jakande gate, isolo following some women but the women absconded. I plead with the Nigerian Police to take such arrests as a strong lead. They should not collect bribe and sweep this under the carpet. The next kid this woman and her syndicate may kidnap could be theirs or some relation of theirs. |
omenka:Youngman, Before now I had seen a number of people quote your name or make reference to your name,so I assumed(in error) that you must be a high profile analyst or publicist. But as I took note and started reading your comments,I must confess that you are indeed filled with nothing but tribal bigotry for igbos. Your ability to reduce any topic under the sun into an avenue to showcase your hatred for igbos is very disheartening. I encourage you to seek help on your 'situation',but more importantly I will urge you to learn(for once) how to make an objective, sensible and indepth contributions relevant to human knowledge. Seun, lalasticlala, take note |
wow! Who would think that a wanted bokoharam leader wanted in the hinterlands of borno forests could be hiding in VI and Festac. I can imagine the look and shock that pastor must have expressed to see that a leader of the dreaded bokoharam has been inside his church premises in festac all the while. What are the odds |
Once you ascend the oshodi bridge, you will see them in their thick yoruba voice looking for who to hold unto his side mirrors to threaten. Then God help you if you car break down on that road. A people who like money but don't like working for it. Let's hope that the era of 'oouda' for a money you didn't work for will start dying in this people. And sadly, more and more of them are being churned out and thrown into the streets at a younger age. Good move. Omonile should be the govt's next target. Let this people learn how to work for their livelihood. |
Has anyone who has completed the form been scheduled for the exam yet? I will like to know cos to print the exam slip I keep getting the response of 'not yet been scheduled for exam, please wait a few hours and try again' |
Metuh is a kid compared to these guys. Yet a certain tribe wants to label metuh as an epitome of corruption while their people's far bigger loot are played down. |
If APC greets you 'Good morning', go and check outside, its not morning. |
This is sad indeed. Maybe its time for the whole state to fast and cry out to God to remove this man(alive or dead). |
I suspect she wants to put it up somewhere on the social media(DP,facebook,IG) cos she wants 'some guy somewhere' to see her as a very spiritual and God fearing woman. I know them. Get fooled and marry her and you will start here on earth to see your own hellfire |
Yahaya Bello has turned out a very colossal disappointment. As a youngman of 40 with a fairly successful business,I had believed that this is a youngman was going to be an epitome of youthful governance and modern governance and industralization. A man whose emergence as governor defied a long held seizure of power by a particular tribe(igala),one would have thought that he'll be eager to make a difference with accelerated development. His ineptitude has made me come to two theories 1,Kogi's case might be spiritual. It doesn't matter who is sworn in and his intentions 2,APC candidates are synonymous with suffering and hardship. Once again,it doesn't matter who he is and his intentions |
But buhari received two brand new jeeps from him in the sharing. |
The truth is that most of the developmental projects that takes place in the east are private driven. The igbos never turn their back on their homeland,no matter where they find themselves. Its a very laudable lifestyle which brings even development across the south east. |
You expect him to meet your demand after one year when he hasn't even met the promise he made on live TV to nigeria. Don't worry, one more 'arrangee' will be released a few days to his 2nd anniversary. |
I had this pix many years before shoprite onitsha came into existence |
Why are they working so hard to label islam as a religion of peace? That should tell you that something is wrong somewhere |
I am very disappointed and heart broken to see Rivers and Bayelsa on that list. Very disappointed. As for Kogi, that governor has become an embodiment of colossal disappointment. I had thought that his administration would have become an example for the younger generation to follow |
Even buhari knows its a lie. |
When they announce that the Regional manager is visiting your branch and wants to see everybody's performance.

Abagworo:I have said this time and time again unapologetically about you. Iwu ezigbo otile. |
An analysis of the full List of The Army Officers Compulsorily Retired On Friday by Muhammadu Buhari revealed that 90% of those affected are senior military officers from the South while the remaining 10% from the north are those who served in various capacities under the previous PDP government. Some of which include: 1,Most of the GOCs and Commandants in states where the PDP won at the last general election were affected. Eg,82Division Enugu. This is thus a subtle threat to the remaining and new GOCs and the implication is that at the 2019 elections,no GOC would want to lose his position and would thus ensure that they 'deliver',regardless of the voters' desire. 2,Recently,a new IG of police was announced. A man who was still a commissioner of police as at february 2015 but because he aided(by allowing) the mass underaged voting and rigging in Kano that gave Buhari an unprecedented advantage over Jonathan, the first 'reward' on assumption of office by Buhari was to promote him to an AIG and barely a year later made him the IG over 13 senior officers. What many don't know is that by 2019,most CPs and AIGs of states and zones would do all within their power to gain such rewards too. We may see some states declaring absurd results with the collusion of the police. And once again,at the detriment of the people's choice. 3,This action of the president is already brewing discontent across ethnic divides within the military. And those with good knowledge of history will remember that this particular ethnic victimisation was a major remote cause of the Nigerian civil war. Infact,an ethno based mutiny caused by selective ethnic victimisation was alleged to have almost taken place in 82division of the Nigerian army early this year. 4,Why should an administration punish military officers who carried out their constitutional duties in the previous administration. Is it now a crime that warrants compulsory retirement to serve or be related to anyone that served in a previous government? In the past, they are usually assigned to other responsibilities. We indeed have a very vindictive president. Now President Buhari has serially, deceitfully and masterfully completed the configuration of the entire National Security structure/architecure firmly in the hands of the Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani alone to the exclusion of all other ethnic blocs in Nigeria .... this is very, very dangerous for the South and for Northern Christians. Chief of Army Staff ....... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani Police IG ........... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani Minister for Defense ..... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani Minister for Internal Affairs ...... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani National Security Adviser (NSA) ......... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani DG, Department of State Services (DSS) ..... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani Chief of Staff ...... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani ADC to President ....... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani CSO to President ..... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani Protocol to President ..... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani Private Secretary to President ....... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani DG Customs .......... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani DG, EFCC ....... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani DG, Nigeria Prisons ..... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani DG, Immigration ...... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani Minister for Petroleum ...... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani Minister for FCT ........ Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani ADD TO THESE: 1. Head of National Assembly/Senate President ...... Northern Muslim 2. Head of Judiciary/Chief Justice of Nigeria ..... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani 3. Head, Federal Courts of Appeal ...... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani Sadly, when most southern christians were informed of this man's track record of tribal bigotry and his clandestine motive ,they argued that he can not do that in a present day modern Nigeria. Now before their very eyes,in that 'present day modern Nigeria',he's doing it and they have all gone silent. I vividly remember that the Imo state governor,Rochas Okorocha boldly stated that Buhari can not dare play ethno-religious sentiments with men like him(Rochas) in APC. Today, they have all gone silent in the face of this tribal wickedness. The south west who gave him their total support because of pre modal tribal interests shamefully prefer to pretend as if they don't notice anything wrong with this arrangement and development. Never in the history of modern Nigeria has this nation be so divided along tribal and regional lines caused by the actions and statements of a tribally bigoted president. His actions have stirred a 'winner takes all' mentality across various regions. Already, the south south seeing the impunity with which this president is brazenly going about his lopsided appointments have started heaping blames on ex-president Goodluck Jonathan for being 'too fair and equitable' in the distribution of appointments and resources. With this trend,we all can be rest assured that tribe and religion will be the major (if not only)determining factor in subsequent elections. Merit and ability will be cast aside for tribal gains. While the incumbent tribe will fight tooth and nail to maintain their hold, other aggrieved tribes will stop at nothing to control the power. We can only hope that it will not further tear the nation apart nor lead to total breakdown of law and order. All because of a president who is unapologetically and shamelessly tribalistic. |
I just had to share this.... AN OPEN LETTER TO GOODLUCK EBELE JONATHAN (GEJ) From Adeyemi Adeleye (A Staunch Supporter of APC) {Dear Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, Though I was one of those who made the system hot for you when you were in office through endless articles and criticism on national dailies and online blogs, however, I regret to say that just within 13 months that you relinquished the insignia of power, the prices of essential commodities have gone out of the reach of common people. Things are so bad that Nigerians now steal pot of soup on fire. Nigeria is now drifting towards the ABACHA era. Nigerians have watched and still watching in aghast as things suddenly gone awry. No essential basic amenity is working in Nigeria as I write. Your successors have refused to tar a kilometer of road since you left and those roads that you constructed, rehabilitated and reconstructed have been abandoned. The Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA) has been technically scrapped. Of course, things were not rosy under you but today, the situation is worst and pathetic. Dear Ebele, I want to concur with your critics that you presided over a festival of corruption but common people never had it bad this way when you were in Abuja. We thought the economy was bad then but today it is hemorrhaging. The only thing working presently in Nigeria is the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s massive probe of your party’s CAMPAIGN FUNDS. Nonetheless, the purpose of writing you this epistle is just to inform you that the Kaduna-Abuja Rail that you constructed and the train you bought which WE called Locomotive product then will be commissioned in few days time by President Buhari for the use of Nigerian people. Dear Ebele, history will be kind to you for being the only President Nigeria ever had that has no skyscraper anywhere on the world. While your predecessor, Olusegun Obasanjo and his Deputy, Atiku Abubakar built private Universities for themselves and their families, you built 12 and 6 public Universities and Polytechnics respectively for the use of Nigerians Thousands of Nigerians got gainful employments through the aforementioned institutions. The National Minimum wage that you gave to Nigerians is now being taking away by those who took power from you. Prices of petrol, cooking gas and kerosene are no more within the reach of common people. Yam, pepper, onion, rice, beans, gaari and even corn are gradually becoming the food of the ELITES in Nigeria. The Federal Teaching Hospitals that you built and upgraded are now at the mercy of no drugs. Medical personnels are now working without motivation. It’s strike everyday in the Health sector. The situation of power supply in Nigeria has gone from bad to poor. Massive Jobs lost now pervade the organised private sector. Entrepreneurs are now wailing as businesses drained down. The automobile motor plants that you facilitated to Nigeria are now returning back to when you brought them from. Sadly and most Unfortunately, the media industry that connived with your opponents to send you out of office and still in conviviality with the ELITES to the detriment of the common people. Dear Ebele, please note that you are not a saint but time and events have proved that majority of your critics are empty barrel. They are noise makers. Time has showed that they are worst than you. The rights to speech and expression that we enjoyed under you has now moved from rights to privileges. As local and raw your wife, Patience was, she never called a sitting governor a MAD DOG. Let me just stop here sir. I’m Adeyemi ADELEYE writing from Aafin Compound, Ilogbo-Ekiti, Ekiti State}•••MY TAKE>>Many Yoruba Chickens,Who Blindly & Moronically Supported APC/BADLUCK BUHARI,Are Now Coming Home To Roost.#INTERESTING# |
He shouldn't bother visiting if there isn't any project he has completed there to commission. That was how as PTF boss he neglected the south east and the people kept shouting for some PTF projects. One day he sent some staff to a south east state and the then military governor asked them if there was any PTF project in the state that they came to inspect or commission |
This write-up has all the colouration of a paid smear campaign aimed wholly at tarnishing the image of a political opponent |
For all those who question GEJ for felicitating with the muslim brothers on this day,I ask you,Buhari was a former head of state, did he ever extend any felicitations to christians on christmas or easter before he came back now as president? That should clearly illustrate the dark heart of buhari viz-a-viz the good heart of GEJ |
The new GMD of NNPC who was appointed less than a week ago has already sacked top management staff of NNPC. Out of 15 of them,14 relieved of their duty were from the south. Etare EDF PPMC We hope that the southerners who were shouting that buhari can not be tribalistic in this modern nigeria are seeing it. With the way its going, these people are gradually placing themselves to rule in every government parastatal and agency even in the next 25years. |
Where are the Nigerian reacting? Anyway, let me be d 1st to react here by saying: 'President Goodluck Jonathan, you are a good man. Thank you for being an epitome of modern democracy. You have indeed proven that your ambition is not worth the blood of any nigerian. And those who decreed that baboons and dogs will be soaked in blood if they lose, may the blood of their own household be the only ones to get soaked'. |
Bolustic:Am happy that you stated this. Most people on the street don't know that these men are all friends up there. Their kids are even room mates in schools abroad. GEJ can still get any favour or contract from buhari than omenka, beremx etc. Orji Uzor and Tinubu spend more time in each other's house in ikoyi than even with the party members. In my state,Rochas and Ihedioha still meet and discuss any thing they desire while their members kill themselves. That's why I shake my head when I read some comments of young and naïve people in fora like this taking it personal |
DrinkWater10:Its not possible. Even the ikeja discos, okota zonal office whom we share line with hardly even see power supply. |
eleko1:I just knew that it will be impossible to read comments without getting a tribal bigot like you who will use it to attack other tribes. Meanwhile, studies have shown that most of you who will be quick to attack other people when Lagos works are not even from lagos themselves. You are part of those who turn their back on their home states in the south west to claim lagosian. Can you swear that you are from Lagos state. My friend,go and help your state |
bloodyBLOGGER:Youngman, why are you too tribally biggotted. You that is a buhari fan,do you have power supply? Is fuel sold to the ipob at N145 while you get at N86? Is it only the so called ipob that gets to experience the high cost of goods in the market? Is d dollar sold at N202 to you while the ipob pay N340? Are these people complaining paying the increased tarriff while you pay the old lesser one? How old are you, son? I ask cos I want to attribute your stupidity to age(cos I don't believe an independent adult can reason like this) |
Here, under ikeja disco, its 5mins in every 3days. The only thing that has improved in the power sector under this govt is the tarriff that 'improved' from 13.20 to 21.40 and the increased bills for those on estimated billing. Anybody that claims that power has improved is a liar and has the devil, the father of all lies as his father |
