They are not gone,especially in Bola Ige's state Osun and some other south West States.
This same philosophy was recently reenacted from Tinubu's era who built the milenium schools and reintroduced free education and same was carried on by the Fashola era who gave books and bags to all public schools children and spoke to them in this manner. Same was repeated in Osun even when the politicians and partisan parents tried to corrupt the kids,Osun is the only school that had consistently fed it's public schools pupils and even went as far as giving them tabs and sewed uniforms. It's interesting to note that the generation Pa Ige wrote to are the same FASHOLA and Aregbesola generation so Ige's prophecy and vision was realized.These guys brought back the girls guide and boys scout to their schools and their education standard has improved. The last public schools result showed that Osun has improved and few months ago,El Rufai was in Osun to learn about schools feeding programs

If Nigeria were a country with strong legal institutions and strict obedience to the rule of law, we all know these men would be behind bars but the reality is that they aren't.
IBB is in his Minna mansion collecting presidential pensions worth millions of naira everyday paid by tax payers, same with Abdulsalam and even Abacha's kids.

Ibori was found guilty before a competent judge and was handed out time behind bars.
