Investment / An Opportunity For Businessmen To Increase Their Profit By 35% This Year by EzeAnthony1(m): 3:24pm On Jan 07, 2022
It all started two years ago.

AyHomes (Now a four times award winning company) launched an investment package that has become a dream come true for most businessmen.

Men and women who invested 5m using the 7 months plan got 6.5million in return. Those who invested 7 million using the 10months plan got 9.8 million in return. And even those that just wanted to give it a try with one million got 1.350million after 10 months.

And the best part is that all these transactions were backed with a certified post dated cheque making it impossible for any case of fraud.

Here’s The Process:

1. You let the company know how much you intend to invest with.

2. You go through the FAQ, fill out the form and...

3. Make payment to AyHomes Investment Limited

Then in return, you’d get the following documents as evidence for your investment:
1. Deed of Investment
2. Letter of Acknowledgment
3. Receipt and
4. Post dated cheque carrying the amount you invested plus the profit on your investment.

You will also get an exclusive business website for free depending on how fast you decide to take action (between today and January 25th)

This offer won’t be available for long. I’d suggest you take action as quick as possible. You can start by requesting for the FAQ now so you can go through it.

I’ve attached pictures below

Real estate investors can use leverage to build wealth.

Putting $25,000 into stocks buys you $25,000 worth of stocks in value(no leverage). Conversely, the same investment in real estate could buy $125,000 in property (that’s times 3!)

What you must know before buying any land in Lekki and Lagos as a whole

—No matter how good a land looks, take your eyes off it once you discover it’s a committed land -unless you know the exact right steps to take.

—When buying land in developing areas, avoid buying too close to the main road. This is because the government may decide to expand the road and guess whose property would be swept off?

—If you want to buy from a company, find out if the company and the family that sold the land to them are in good terms. This is very important.

There are 7 property buying secrets most real estate professionals don’t want you to know. Two of these secrets alone can save you from losing millions. But because of how sensitive and confidential these secrets are...I’m not comfortable posting them here.
I can send you these secrets privately on WhatsApp but you have to be above 22 years of age. Here’s my number: 08188742785

—Due to the high cost of sand, concrete and building materials in Nigeria, it is highly advisable to go for dry lands.

—Avoid subscribing for a 24 months installment payment package. A lot can happen in 24 months. 3-6 months is ok, but don’t exceed 12 months for your own good.

—Make sure you thoroughly read and understand every word in the “contract of sale document” before signing. And endeavor to collect the Deed of Assignment as soon as possible.

—Don’t buy any property on blind trust even if it’s been sold by your best friend. Go and inspect the land yourself. Examine the documents. Ask questions and make sure you’re satisfied before making payment.

—If you’re outside Nigeria and won’t have the opportunity to inspect the land you want to buy...Just buy from a company that already has a good track record.
I’d love to list the names of some of these companies here but that’d be unnecessary. You can chat me up for that.

—Find out as much as you can about the community where the land is in before making payment.

—Avoid lands that don’t have a survey document. And if you must buy land that don’t have survey, endeavor to involve a surveyor.

—Buying a land for residential purposes in an agricultural or industrial zone is a huge gamble. Thread carefully.

—Always find out if a land is free from government acquisition before making payment to avoid stories that touch the heart.

—Save this page and refer back to it whenever you’re ready to buy any property. It’d save you from making mistakes that could cost you millions.

Car Talk / The Right Kind Of Car For Uber by EzeAnthony1(m): 1:24pm On Oct 09, 2021
When it’s comes to Uber (and bolt), Toyota Camry and Corolla has proven to be the perfect fit.

But the problem is that because of this, the prices of these cars has skyrocketed massively to the point that the average guy out there now finds it hard to get one.

What most people don’t understand is that there are lots of better and cheaper cars out there but because the company that has these cars aren’t great at marketing, they end up trailing behind the Toyota brand.

Take for instance the Hyundai Sonata 2007 model which comes with a 4 cylinder engine (for low fuel consumption). A very simple yet elegant car and can serve you just like the Toyota Camry but cheaper in price.

The fact still remains that Toyota Camry and Corolla are the best for Uber but that cars like (Hyundai Sonata) can serve as a perfect alternative... especially for young guys who are working on a budget.

Investment / The 5 Major Reasons Why Real Estate Investing Beats The Stock Market by EzeAnthony1(m): 11:30am On May 05, 2021
There have been a lot of debate between
real estate and stocks. Some
professionals would tell you that the
stock market is better, while some other
professionals would tell you that real
estate investing is better.

I know I'm about to raise "eyebrows" and
"shake some tables", but at the end, I
believe you would have gained some very
useful information.

Now before I go into the 5 major reasons
why real estate investing beats the stock
market.... I'd like to point out one
major advantage of the stock market over
real estate investing.

And that advantage is that stocks can be
easily liquidated unlike real estate
properties. What this means is that you
can easily trade your stocks in the case
of an emergency.

So with that being said, here are 5 major
reasons why real estate investing beats
the stock market.

1. Real estate investments provide
cash flow and can be a hedge against
inflation.

What’s nice about rental income is that
your cash flow keeps pace with inflation.
The market price for rental properties
automatically rises as the cost of living
increases.
You can also cash in big by buying a
distressed or foreclosed property below the market value, fix it up, and sell it
a few months later for a much higher
price.

Either way, investment properties can
provide cash and a hedge against
inflation.

2. Real estate is a market where you
can buy low and sell high.

We all know money is made in the stock
market by buying low and selling high.
But it is nearly impossible for most
investors to do so consistently. You
can’t possibly know enough about an
individual company, its sector,
management, competitors, etc. And
institutional buyers will always have
more leverage and know more than you as
an individual investor.

Contrast that with residential real
estate where you are dealing with
individual properties and each one is
different in location, size, features and
other criteria. There is no set market
for the exact property you are
considering.

In the stock market, anomalies are
quickly adjusted for by other investors.
In the real estate market, there are
thousands of little markets. You can
always find deals and “buy low.”

There are strategies where you can buy
low and sell for a high price once you
have rehabbed a house. And there are
geographical pockets in just about any
real estate market where you can “sell
high” if you know the type of housing
that is in high demand

3. Real estate investors can use
leverage to build wealth.

Putting $25,000 into stocks buys you
$25,000 worth of stocks in value(no
leverage). Conversely, the same
investment in real estate could buy
$125,000 in property.

You are controlling an income-producing
asset worth more than three times your
cash investment. You are earning rent
from a $125,000 property when all you
invested was $25,000. Now that's what I
call leverage.

4. Real estate investing provides
unique tax advantages.

Real estate investing comes with numerous
tax benefits.

You can get tax deductions on mortgage
interest, cash flow from investment
properties, operating expenses and costs,
property taxes, insurance and
depreciation (even if the property gains
value) and other tax benefits.

5. Actively managed real estate
provides better returns and lower risk
than stock market investing.

Stock market values goes up and down.
Individual investors tend to buy and sell
at precisely the wrong times. That wipes
out possible gains in an already
efficient market where bargains are
sparse.

On the other hand, real estate is nearly
immune to emotional buying and selling.
As a less liquid investment, panic
selling is impossible. You have more
facts to make a better investment choice initially when you buy properties.

And the long-term nature of real estate
assets ensures that you hold on through
ups and downs. All the while, rents and
property prices rise due to inflation.

In general, your risk of loss goes down
the longer you hold real estate
investments. Your equity builds and
home/property prices rise over time. That
is unlike the stock market, where the
risk typically stays the same.

In Summary, The 5 Major Reasons Why Real Estate Investing Beats The Stock Market Are:

1. Real estate investments provide
cash flow and can be a hedge against
inflation.

2. Real estate is a market where you
can buy low and sell high.

3. Real estate investors can use
leverage to build wealth.

4. Real estate investing provides
unique tax advantages.

5. Actively managed real estate
provides better returns and lower risk
than stock market investing.

By the way, If you'd like to get very
valuable and genuine properties that are
selling way below their market value,
then do your research or better still give me a call. ☎️ 08188742785

Properties / How To Know If An Agent Is Lying To You by EzeAnthony1(m): 4:11pm On Dec 06, 2020
When it comes to buying and selling properties, or renting apartments, you'd definitely need the assistance of a good real estate agent.

But how do you know if a real estate agent is lying? ... Or when he is lying?

There are 3 unmistakable signs that lets you know when an agent is lying.

No. 1: When he gives you misleading property descriptions.

You probably might have heard things like "That land close to the Dangote refinery is just 25minutes drive from chevron roundabout"
Such descriptions are misleading and as such you need to be on alert.

No 2: When he talks too much without even giving attention to your desires or past experiences.

No 3: When he over inflates the property value.

Yes! Properties in Lekki and Ibeju Lekki are consistently increasing in value. But when an agent starts telling you "Buy now! this property is going to go up in value by over 750% next year", then there's every tendency that he's lying. This is because even if the property would go up in value by over 750% next year, he doesn't need to blurt it out like that.

Am I trying to say that all real estate agents are liars? Heavens No! There are lots of sincere ones out there.

I just want you to be equipped with the right information to know when and if an agent is lying to you.
