Of course Benue would go for Goodluck Jonathan due to the indigenous Igbo and Idoma populations |
This election definitely shows the fault lines. It is between North vs. South. |
Alj Uche:It is definitely North vs. South. Enjoy! Gbam! ![]() |
Many groups of young men on the streets across Kaduna shouting "Buhari!" and "Change!" #Nigeriadecides This is dangerous! |
Could Sahara be trying to cause religious sentiment to rise against Southerners? |
Actually, GEJ has already won. He needed support from 2 out of the big 3 in Nigeria. GEJ got his support from both Igbos and Yoruba. Buhari gets his support mainly from the Hausa-Fulani. |
Then let it be North vs. South. ![]() |
People need to calm down. Until we have more proof, then you all should not rush to judgement. |
Ibo suffer most in any outbreak of crisis in the north and I'm sure the hausas are planning for a bloody retaliation by now.what is wrong in being a supporter of buhari ?
Spreading rumors I see. Where is the damn proof? Or is it too hard for you to provide. And if Sahara Reporters is your source, anyone in the South, including your own kin will laugh at you. |
Ibos, Ive always said, are the most tribalistic, animalistic, most vicious beings on the planet. On judgment day, I'll try t remember to ask God why he created them with such a evil mindset!
Who let this beast out of his cage? Someone call the Brooklyn zoo! |
People are spreading falsehoods. Like usual. . . And twitter is notorious for such nonsense. And we know Sahara Reporters is pure trash. |
Wait until those al-majiris descend on your people and by the time they send their dead bodies to iboland in trucks, then you will be convinced that a war is coming to iboland .
What the hell does that mean? All Southerners will suffer. Especially your people who bore the brunt in Jos. But why are you talking such nonsense? The person who was probably killed if this story is to be believed was mostly likely a Buhari Igbo supporter. |
Low Turn Out Mars Presidential Poll in Oyo OLA AJAYI, IBADAN In some of the results released at polling centres in Ibadan, President Goodluck Jonathan did won. At ward 9, unit 10, Mokola area of Ibadan PDP scored 219, ACN 65,CPC 33. Meanwhile, low turn-out of voters was recorded in virtually all polling centres in Oyo State during the presidential election. Except in Sabo area of Ibadan city where residents who are predominantly Hausa trooped out in large number to vote their choice candidate as early as 8am, in many places visited in the city, voters who came to vote were few in number when compared with those who turned up for last Saturday’s election. The election was very peaceful except in Monatan where some thugs allegedly prevented people from voting and were busy thumbprinting the papers for the candidate of their choice. It was not clear which of the candidates they were supporting. At Moniya, Ward 05,Unit 08, Akinyele Local Government, out of 1,468 registered voters, only 260 voters were accredited as at 10am even though the INEC officials started the exercise some minutes before 8am. Also at Ward 01 Unit 03, in Lagelu Local Government, most of the registered voters who are 1,511, were not around for accreditation. The same discouraging turn-out was noticed at Olorunda, Ward 01, unit 08, Ebenezer Primary School, Akingbile, Ward 05, unit 01 and Ward 09, unit 05 in Egbeda Local Government. One of officials of INEC who spoke to Vanguard said the turn-out of voters was very low in comparison with what happened during the National Assembly election. Corroborating the comments of the INEC official, the National Coordinator, Coalition of Democrats for Election Reform(CODER), Chief Ayo Opadokun said the poor turn-out could be attributed to the disconnect between the Nigerian government and the masses adding that many voters had been scared by the earlier announcement that the Federal Government had deployed troops to the South West zone to supervise the election. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2011/04/low-turn-out-mars-presidential-poll-in-oyo/ |
Where is the proof? I wont believe this story until there is credible proof. If there is no proof, then the OP is a liar. And I am not talking about using tweets |
North vs. South Hausa-Fulani vs. Igbo & Yoruba |

One of my most important threads continues to be discussed. So many problems concerning the true extent of Alaigbo. |
Abagworo:Stop lying. . . My father just called from Port Harcourt and he told me and my brothers that there were no problem with voting. |
nusdog:Gbam! Do not pay any attention to that fool. She is known to make foolish statements. Just look at her foolish statement concerning HIV in Akwa Ibom state. |
