Ogiade:
EzeUche, wake up from your illusion. Port Harcourt is never an Igbo town and the Ikwerres do not accept that they are ibos. If i may ask you, why are you forcing ibo on your neighbouring tribes? My thought is that you are convinced within you that you cannot make the so called biafra on your own. i expected you to damn the south south and concentrate your quest for biafra on the south east only. the overwhelming rejection of the biafra nationhood after the creation of the twelve states will prove to you how much dislike they have to be joined with the ibos in a political enclave within a nation, let alone aspiring to stay with you in an independent country. Wake up and think Nigeria, its the only option you have.
The only people who really have a problem with the Igbo are the Izon and Ogoni, do not include the other minority groups. Like I have stated time and time again, I am half Ibibio, so I know what I am talking about. The South-South is a fictional term in order to divide the East. You are too foolish to understand that. The Ijaw can have their own small little Republic, but wherever Igbos are in large numbers, we the Core Igbos will never let them GO!!! angry Not in a million of years.

And who created the extra South-South states? It wasn't the minorities, they were created after Biafra lost the war. Port Harcourt will always be Igbo. It is not up to the Ikwerre to say who they are. They use Igbo names, they speak Igbo and there culture is Igbo so THEREFORE they are Igbo! You think you can tame a people that makes up 75% of the region? Yes, we Igbos make up the majority of the East including this fiction South-South. Igboland will never be landlocked you hear me!!! And if you are not of a group from the East, do not speak on behalf of the minority, because anyone would know that the South-South is not a united group.

Funny thing is that you have Ijaw militants like Asari who are requesting for the Igbo support. He understands that no independence would be gained without the support of the Igbo. We have battled the Nigerian military in the field of battle for almost 3 years. Do not try us!

Exactly. I really dont care anymore.

The only exciting thing about Nigeria right now is the probability that it would end up breaking up.
Either way, you will still be my concubine, so get used to it. grin I will take you back to my village. It would be interesting to have a Yoruba living among us.

Sharrap woman! I dun tire 4 u. Stay out of Igbo affairs. Onlytruth has every right to complain about how Igboland is often neglected in the grand scheme of things. Everyone knows this, because we lost the war. Nigeria was the victor and we were the vanquished.

Oil Oil Oil. Is that the only thing you people care about?  angry

Igboland has plenty of oil. My home state has plenty of oil. Yet, we Igbos refuse to have our oil exploited. That is why the minorities are crying, because there land is being exploited. If you people had the backing of the Igbo, your environment would not be polluted.

The Izon are the Igbos nemsis. They want majority status in the Niger Delta, but in essence, we Igbos are the majority if you include Abia State and Imo State as part of the Niger Delta which it is.

And Igboland will never be landlocked. Port Harcourt has always been an Igbo town.

Yorubaland would disentigrate into chaos if they had their own nation. We already know your people do or die politics all too well. You will never find that in Igboland.

[b]tpia
was right to ask whether you are Igbo. I'm truly alarmed by your comment.

I have not seen an Igbo with those types of views.
We need more Igbos with my views. I support Igbo hegemony and it is about time we realize that we as a people must dominate our region. You do not hear the minorities in the Core North or West speaking loudly, because they know who are the boss.

Our immediate threat is the Ijaw!!!  angry I have never hidden my views about these people. We must deal with these saboteurs first before they cause anymore harm. They already have been targeting are people in the Delta. There thirst for power knows no bounds.

We should not be allies with people who are untrustworthy.
itshekiri people are related to yoruba via ancestry and language .however they are not yoruba in the traditional sense of the word .similarity and sameness are not the same. secondly they also have elements of edoid /edo culture this does not also make them edo .all these mixtures along with their geographical location have given rise to what we now know as the itshekiri ethnicity.as i have always posited ethnicity , also has a lot to do with identity .the itshekiri have always identified themselves as a seperate ethnicity even before the coming of the white man.i do not believe the yoruba have ever tried to dominate the itshekiri .the same logic goes for the ikwerre and other groups in delta states whom the igbo are forcefully trying to claim .if they see themselves as seperate from the larger igbo nation then so be it.however it seems our igbo brothers always get extra mad when the ikwerre say they are not igbo {udezue, ezeagu ezeuche and andrew uweh take note}.it is really up to them to identify themselves as they please ,considering the fact that they also have mixed ancestry and ,origins and some do bear edoid names .by the way why do you all get so mad when these people say they are not igbo ? i really dont see yoruba people get mad when the itshekiri say they are not yoruba.afterall there has never been an a composite igbo empire prior to thecoming of the british.
About the Ikwerre

First, it is not up to them to say what they are and what they are not. When God created them, He did not ask them who they wanted to be. He just created them Igbo. The only way you'll know who belongs to what ethnic group in Nigeria is the name and what language the name comes from. Anybody whose name is Amadi or Onyeri, or Eke, or Odili, Wanodi (Nwanodi) does not need to tell you who he is. He is Igbo, his politics notwithstanding.

Igboland is too densely populated. The South-South should be made for living space for us Igbos. If we had our own nation, it would only be a matter of time when all these minority languages would die out.

Who cares? Let Kaduna be the spark to ignite Nigeria. Let the beginning of the civil war happen in the north. We Igbos will have your back if it allows us to have our Biafra and deal with this pesky South-South nonsense.
Politics › Re: How Zik Scuttled His Own Chances Of Ruling Nigeria by EzeUche(m): 3:29pm On May 17, 2010
Awo played both sides. Zik and the North could not trust him, because he talked out of both sides of his mouth. Typical Yoruba. As the article clearly states, Awo main concern was handling the nation's finances for the benefit of his Yoruba people. He gave the same offer to the north, so why would Zik join forces with him?

This article clearly shows how treacherous the Yoruba are. Onye ara.

Either way, I am not a Zik fan either. He believed in the illusion of One Naija. Now Michael Okpara is my hero.

No, they are a minority. The itsekiri are not Yoruba. There are similarities in language but they are their own separate group.

Unlike the Ikwerre who are Igbo, the Itsekiri were never Yoruba. Just some Yoruba words crept into their language.

Smart observation. cool

In fact the regional parties make more sense than all these lies at the center. That way, people can be true to their values.
I would also support APGA over PPA when it comes to Eastern politics. After seeing what PPA has done, or should I say haven't done in my home state of Abia State, I would rather see APGA in power.
