^^^ Come to Abia and you will see why I dislike this man. He hails from my political zone, but he did nothing.
The Ndigbo do not celebrate political thieves. . .
He does have a brilliant mind, but if he actually cared about the Ndigbo, he would have improved the state. |

This Rhino thinks he understand the Ikwerre. He probably has never lived in PH. I lived in PH for 15 years and my parents still live there. Many of my mates were Ikwerre and Kalabari. |

I was about to spew fire on this thread, because I was mentioned with OUK, but I agree with everything he says.
It is a pity this man, had so much potential. The man is brilliant, but we know what power does to a man. |

ekt_bear: But so long as those towns remain intact, then anyone sailing past will be going through another man's territory. That wasn't my question. I asked if they consider themselves Ijaw or Igbo.
If some of the bonny island indigene posters (e.g., ijaw_girl) here are any indication, at best they'll say "Ijaw with some Igbo connections." Which is different from "Igbo." Who cares? If the Igbo go, they go. PH is the city they love and PH is firmly in Igbo hands. |

Obiagu1: The truth is that what PDP did is totally unfair. I'll wait to see how many regions they hold on to in 2015.
Maybe the demise of PDP is near. There is nothing fair in politics. Weak Jonathan listened to OBJ who brings nothing. He can't even win his own region and expects to be rewarded. |

Eko Ile: This is 2001, it's done via referendums, not with AK47.
Btw, many of these ibo people are very unstable, they are still suffering from (PBSS) post Biafra stress syndrome.
They are cowards anyways, you don't want them to leave you hanging and rum comot from battle field and go kuleh with ashawo for Ivory Coast, You got to keep your eyes open man, How can a weak person call a group who went to war weak? That logic does not even make sense. I could backhand you and you would not do anything. https://bostinnovation.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/monkey-slap1.jpg |

~Bluetooth: Atleast we are not complaining like the ibos.Dora complained when pdp zoned sente president slot to SW bu where is she today ? ACN embarassed her and NGIGE is flying in yoruba colours while you guys are bytching on NL.If you can't beat them, you join them, says NGIGE to his fellow ibos. You better hope Ngige is not a spy for the Ndigbo. |

~Bluetooth: Ibos still have a long way to go in order to produce a genuine president cuz even though they zone it to them maybe in the next 30 years,we will still not vote for them.Their highest appointment shall remain the deputy senate president ! Igbos do not get presidency soon, we wont make idle threads like the Yoruba. Even when their own Abiola was thrown in prison. Nothing happened. . . Even your own fellow Yoruba, OBJ was not your pick. I dey laugh! |

ndu_chucks: GEJ destroyed the PDP zoning agreement to run for re-election while making enemies of some powerful Northerners. GEJ has also managed to anger the SE zone in the process.
The best bet for the SEers is to start now by forging meaningful alliances with the North - this will be their best hope of producing the next Vice President in 2015.
To tell you the truth, the SWers are positioning themselves to become completely (economically)independent from the Feds for the most part. It may not matter whether the president is from the SW in 2015 as long as the monthly allocation keeps flowing in.
The phrase Yoruba Ronu should more appropriately be replaced by Igbo Ronu. Ronu means think, in the Yoruba language. Stop all this talk of 2015. We are worried about 2011. When 2015 happens, we shall field our own candidate. Until then, we shall join forces to shut OBJ's mouth. |

afam4eva: I don't see the governorship position in River state moving out of the Igbo speaking territories except they want it so. And the writer should not compare Rivers with Delta. Why didn't he tell us why a Delta Igbo has not been able to mount the governorship positionin Delta state. even though they're a majority compared to the Ijaw and Ogoni minorities in Rivers state, Gbam! Rivers is an Igbo state. If Ijaws do not like what is happening, they can move to Bayelsa state. |

Yes, it should be based on ethnicity. Not region. . . How can Igbos be made a minority, when there are over 25 million Igbo souls? They act as if we are only 5 million! |
