i dont think you should write another waec,rather i'd advice you carry on with the course/plan you are currently working on because you stand a big chance of getting the visa if your background course is related to your proposed Msc program, and when you get here, you can switch to any SOL listed course after your first trimester. And yes, i am in Australia

in regards to be able to apply for PR with LIS, You need to go through the SOL list for confirmation but i think the course is listed. i also studied LIS in Nigeria but left the field for IT
