Good afternoon everyone I plan to apply for UK visit visa this year after I was denied last year, I am a student and my mum is sponsoring me with d flight fees and co an my cousin in d UK will provide accommodation and feeding. My question is that I plan to submit my mum statement of account and my cousin in d UK statement of account. Is there a need for me to present my statement of account since am a student it is just upkeep money that enter the account

Everything about Prof Akingbade is about punishment. He force his course APH 502 to 7:00am early morning against school timetable and who born you well to late a minute for that class. I remembered a classmate of mine did not graduate just because he help someone to write name in attendance list and he was caught by the Prof next thing is one year extra for the guy.

it is not about punishment Na just training o. As I enter ui for msc in short I dey enter class by 6:45am. Writing attendance for ur colleague is wrong. Moreover he was my undergraduate project supervisor and he was a wonderful person to work with

my undergraduate project supervisor, Prof Na know nonsense man. Once he catch u during exam say u dey copy ur colleague it is finished but he is a wonderful man. He help me published my project to a reputable international journal

There are two types of Masters programmes in the
University of Ibadan: Professional Masters, and
Academic Masters programme.
You may or CANNOT later run a PhD Programme
(especially in the UI) with a "PROFESSIONAL
Masters" degree. The Professional Masters is
mainly for those already WORKING in an
organization and needed "extra-skills and
knowledge" to improve efficiency and productivity in
their workplaces. They do NOT write Project in their
final year/session, NEITHER can they (really) lecture
with the Professional Masters degree (except as
consultants in rare occasions). That is one reason
their forms and school fees are more EXPENSIVE
than that of the Academic Masters because it is not
too rigorous but geared more towards enhancing
working experience.
As for the "ACADEMIC Masters," that is what, I
believe, most of us here intend applying for. It is
more rigorous: students will write Project/
Disertation in their final year, and they can proceed
to lecture and/or run a PhD with the Masters degree
if they meet the required "PhD grade" by the
University of Ibadan.
The amount for Professional Masters programme is
AT LEAST N21,000 (twenty one thousand naira).
That for Academic Masters is at least N16,000 ,

one major reason is you not proving financial evidence of sponsor. how can you forget the most important document? secondly, since you stated that you have no source of income, it will be wise to show how you managed to get the money in ur account. in december, a guy (also a student) posted here that he got his visa without showing his own statement (as he declared he had no income) but showed his sponsors financial backing. may not work for everyone but according to him it did work for him. and yea, I think 20days is a lot as a student. you need to sure commitment to school, you can not be out of school for too long if you are a serious student. 10- 14 days should be fine.

Reduce your travel days... Add your school results, school fees receipts, school bills and introduction letter to show the visa officer you can not abandon your education to go and stay in the uk... prove to them that you are more ambitious than that..

Attach your mother’s bank statement and/or have her transfer the amount you stated she is contributing to the trip and highlight it in both your statement and that of your mum to show the ECO..

Then you made so many deposits according to this visa officer, that is always a red flag. They identify it as money lodgement and deny you outrightly as they feel the money in your account is not truly available..

So sad my visa was refuse due to d fact am going as a student spending three weeks holiday but with all d huge fund I hav I did not ba k it up with my mum statement of account and my cousin sponsoring me from the UK send all d necessary documents expect statement of account which will have help the matter.
