Bcpump: Got ITA today. I'm feeling positive about this process. Somehow I would be among those to get PPR this year. Amen I’m really happy to hear this. Previously I was banking on just FSW and PNP from Ontario, BC orAlberta (didn’t select other provinces). As things come Dey go like this, had to go select all the provinces. I pray we all reach the finish line of this our Canada journey very soon. |

portablesuzy: Good day house please WES Verification how long does it take now Depends on how your docs are sent to WES. If your transcript has been uploaded by your school to a platform like digitary, the evaluation would take about 3 days or less. |

DrCollins218: Good day everyone, this forum is very informative, thanks to the admins here.
I recently received my PR grant and I plan to move to Aussie sometime next year. I have been applying for jobs but I'm afraid that recruiters may not be able to reach or respond due to my number not being a local Australian number.
Please I need advice on how to get a local Australian number from outside Australia.
Thanks and God bless you all. There are mobile apps which can give you virtual Australian numbers which recruiters can contact you on. Do some research, and you should find an app that you would like. |

UnknownT: Hello, is it possible to book/reserve a hotel(in Washington) with a Nigerian ATM(Visa)? I'm trying to book one but they keep declining my card. Note the Naira equivalent in the card is not upto the price in dollars(about $2400), could that be the reason for the decline? This could be two things - 1. There’s a limit to the amount of money you can spend on international transactions using your naira card ($100 or so is the limit). 2. Even if there’s no limit, you’ve answered yourself already. The money in your account is not up to the amount required to book the hotel. Obviously, the transaction wouldn’t go through. |

Hoverbird: Them no dey pay their engineers pass 140k gross. Tek is just good to kick start your career gain experience and move on... Their counterparts are paying almost $20 per hour while they're offering less than $1 for same role That’s not true…… there are people earning between 150k - 180k net in TEK and they’re support engineers. This is still not so much, but as you said, TEK is a springboard to better things. Take/learn as much as you can from them and I can assure you that you’d be moving on to better things. |

Emmasonic4me: Hi,
If my flight (British Airways) is transiting through Heathrow Airport, London, enroute Canada, is it possible to see a friend in London if I have some hours layover? I think you have to posses a UK visa if you want to leave the airport to see a friend. If you do not, you have to wait at the airport for your layover. |

jstemmanex: Please, how much did it come to in naira Everything was about #97,000. (96k for WES payment, and about 1k for the creation of the virtual dollar card.) So 230 CAD = 182.53 USD as at the time I paid 182.53 * 528 = approximately 96400 Charges for creating a virtual dollar card brought the money to a rounded down figure of 97,000 |

freshdude: Hi People, has anybody made payment with Nigerian debit card for wes recently. Also using ACCA ( F1- F3) as an additional degree, what does the person have to do to get the diploma certificate after writing and passing the papers successfully. Thanks. Hi, Tried paying with my Stanbic MasterCard, and the payment didn’t go through. Had to create a virtual dollar card on Barter by flutterwave, and then paid with that. Their exchange rate was #528. I think there’s also the option of paying with your dollar card if you have a DOM account with your bank. |

irijuola: My little gist. Before I left Nigeria to Canada, I had been having occasional tooth ache. However, even before the thoughts of travelling came into my head, I had always promised myself that I will do my dental surgery whenever I travel abroad. I reach the 'abroad', settle down small, I kon start my dental journey. So last week I started using my dental insurance. I went for X-ray, general cleaning and scaling. The doctor told me that the reason for my tooth ache is impacted wisdom tooth. Also, the x-ray discovered 3 cavities in my teeth. Another appointment was fixed. This week, on Monday, I went for the appointment and I had my cavities filled and my teeth whitened. lols. Anyways, I was referred to a Consultant regarding my wisdom tooth removal and I was told the consultancy fee will be $165 CAD. Appointment was fixed for today, Friday. Na so I carry myself and my teeth go the dental clinic. I filled some forms and waited for the doctor. The doctor came in, checked my teeth and gave me my bombshell, gbagaun! You'll be removing 4 wisdom tooth! How many tooth go kon remain for my tiny mouth laidis! The doctor didn't spend 10 minutes with me and my $165CAD consultancy fee finished. Just laidat. I for consult google, mtchew . I kon gather liver ask am say when will the removal be done. He said you'll be given the quotation by the nurse/receptionist. Okay o. Tankq. I go see the receptionist and she gave me another bombshell. She printed my quotation and i had to adjust my imaginary glasses when i saw $3800CAD. She said so when do you want me to fix your appointment. I said, padin! . I respected myself and told her to give me the hospital info card, that i'll will call to book appointment whenever i'm ready. Presently, I am soaking my toothes in the blood of Jesus. Wherever you are presently, help a sister. Extend your mouth of prayer to my toothes. . Abi make i cum nigeria kon do am ni . Flight go and come = $2000; Toothes removal = let's say $500CAD. Now, confuse is confusing me.
Any better advise? |

Wrote my IELTS exams today. Results should be out in 5 days. Speaking was a bit dicey. I was asked to talk about something for 2 mins. Did that and I finished talking before 2 mins was up. The invigilator gestured that I should continue talking, but I was blank already.
Anyways, I hope it comes out well coz that’s the only place I had a hiccup. |

Thanks a lot chairman. an0daGuy: This your issue might be Evap related. Check your canister and the vacuum hoses connected to it running from your fuel tank to your injector rail. A tube might have torn or your evap control solenoid might be faulty.
That’s a guess though so scan your car.
Also check if all your fuel injectors are connected and working well while down there. |
