So I was finally able to lay my hands on my NPF money. I can't be seeing money in my account and I can't touch it . I decided to go to the bank AGAIN, met the beautiful lady at the counter AGAIN . If no be say I don marry, anyways my cousin will go and open account at that branch of npf mfb just for nothing
Bottom line is she was very helpful, told me to open another account using *5757# and bvn then she will transfer the money from the old account to the new account. That was what she did, although I had to send 1200 to the new account and used the ussd code to transfer 100 to my gt bank account to be sure I can transfer to my GTBank account.
That's it o, she transfered the money to the new npf mfb account and I was able to withdraw. 10k per transfer though

For any of us that collected last year, they have started collecting the loan back. If you don't pay, they will remove it from one of your other accounts.

Have they removed the money from anyone you know?

Has anyone been able to withdraw using NPFMFB ATM or withdrawal booklet? I am thinking of going to the bank to tomorrow to apply for either ATM or withdrawal booklet. I will call their customer care first before going though. I hope i get through to them

You will need to go to the bank to complete the process of the account opening. Meanwhile npf mfb sent you a mail to accept the offer. you will need to accept offer and submit the account number issued to you then wait for disbursement.

I downloaded the app and registered, after like a week the account number was sent to me then I went to the bank to complete the process with the necessary documents. But I'll suggest you open the Acc using *5757# because we that used the bank app are having issues right now withdrawing the money. So if you can the use the ussd code so you won't have that issue

Don't transfer the money once, do it by 50k per go, you can move up to 500k per day

I can't even transfer a kobo. The app is a mess, nothing works in my app. *5757# is not functional for me, they said its because I opened the account through the app, that I should be patient while it is being resolve. Most annoying part is that I can't withdraw over the counter

I just recieved my alert of N250,000. Npf microfinance bank. I was tired of the whole thing this morning so I decided to send them my NPF mfb account number again through the email they sent to us earlier. An hour later I got the alert

Person don help you collect loan. Just think of somebody close to you that possibly has access to your details. Your details can be used to collect the loan.
