I have read the link, it says something about cold water turning oils to undigestible fats. Whatever explanation is being brought forward, its not a plausible one.
Fats and oils are classified into harmful saturated fats and polyunsaturated fats which are good for you.
Im not anti-info and like to learn new stuff but this clearly breaks all the rules of nutrition and health. Temprature doesn't/shouldn't affect or change unsaturated fats to saturated.
