My only fear is that some of them have advanced to going about with POS.. I keep wondering how they got the POS. Except they run a store or supermarket during the day and change to armed robber at night. God help us.

Make him go ask Saddam Hussein. Saddam Hussein case is different. Operation desert storm (as it was called) was a war fought by ALLIED FORCES against one country that had previously been "economically and militarily" crippled by sanctions for well over a decade. But here and now we are talking about ONE-ON-ONE, no pretence of fighting terrorism, no excuse of liberating oppressed women. It will be a battle of superiority not a war of engaging "gullible unsuspecting Islamic militant" for proxy dirty ground work. Remember Vietnam? |

gbosaa: Forget about drug dealers. They are not your problem. They don't force the drugs down your system. You should worry more than about those who cart away public fund meant to develop and put the right infrastructure in place. Really? How come developed countries with very, very buoyant economy (eg Kuwait, America, Brunei, Britain, Saudi Arabia etc) still consider Drug dealing and Drug abuse a threat? How come these countries (with all their surplus infrastructures and standard way of living) still have citizens who involved in illicit drug dealing? Stop making excuses for "hardened" souls. |

gbosaa: There are hundreds of thousands of people like him but I'm sure if people like you could provide jobs for people like him, people like him wouldn't be attempting to leave the country.
Nigeria is a country for the rich only. It's a country that doesn't invest in its youths. The result is a hopeless and frustrated generation of young people who'd do anything to survive.
In some countries, you'd only need to show interest and apply for job to be employed. In Nigeria, it's not the same thing. That's why people go on social media or churches to give testimonies of securing jobs that pay peanuts.
We should have a law that severely punishes and discourages individuals who steal or mismanage our common wealth. ...and until that happens we should continue to sympathize and encourage drug dealers |

HungerBAD: This is sad.
He had to choose the Country, with the largest numbers of Muslims in the World to go do drug business.
A people that has a doctrine of punishing anybody by death when caught even with one "KLARO" of WeeWee.
Still, our brothers that everybody is "Jealous of" will not,and cannot stop drug dealing, even if they are killing them like Bushmeat around the world.
Sat near one that was getting deported many years ago,on a flight from France to Nigeria. He told me he spent 14 yrs in Switzerland, and out of that 14,he spent 13 in Prisons for drug related offences.
So i asked him what his plans were when he got to Nigeria?and he replied he plans on returning to Switzerland.
I just gave up hope on him,and told myself these guys never learn. It's not that they don't learn, ...it's just that they are simply destined as a "hardened" race. Once met a bloke who spent Five years inside a London prison for drug related offence, and within Three months of his release and deportation he was arrested again in Cairo city for transiting with Drugs. He got convicted and sentenced to Six years which he served. When I asked him what he plan on doing next he promptly told me he was now an information gold mine. That he was going to invest those Eleven years of incarceration into a grander foreign drug dealing operation. What a sense, what a race. |

freethesheeple: it might take time but someday Kanu will be free!!!!!! I agree with you Though I never liked his style, he started this liberation thing on a wrong foot. Maybe if it was during GEL reign he might have successfully forged some headway, but things were already fragile and delicate when Kanu tried to rise. The whole nation was looking for a rebirth from years of misrule plaqued mostly by insecurity and poor economy management. Tensions were hyped. The new government needed to establish a firm, unwavering, Un-Jonathan like kind of assertive authority. Basically "scape goats" were sought to set examples. Alas, Kanu presented the opportunity with himself. As an advocate of "One Nigeria" I do not pity him but when I think of all the Ibo indigenes (the Governors, Senators, Legislators, Commissioners, Ambassadors and all the numerous influence wielding vips in the same Ibo geography) that Kanu is suppose to be fighting for, and how they all continue to successfully advance their various personal endeavours as a citizen of Nigeria while Kanu rots in detention, I feel very very bad and sorry for him. Even the late Nelson Mandela enjoyed psychological support from his kinsmen while locked up for nearly three decades. As a conclusion I seriously doubt the existence of loyalty within the Ibo race themselves. As recent history has shown the only thing the Ibos owe Kanu is the half hearted ceremonial act of waving of placards. |

Daviddson: These people are simply reproaching themselves. Wait for God's time, they said 'no, we must collect power from the devil to deceive people that we are God's servants whereas we're His enemies. Then to maintain the power, we will be committing ritualistic sexual sacrifices and nobody would know. And even when the lids get blown, we will vehemently deny it and claim we're being persecuted; or we'll simply ignore it and make believe otherwise'. But who gets the shame now? You or God? Of course, you! They never had any intention of doing any God work in the first place. They went into Pastoral mission with master scheme to cheat and defraud right from day one. It's not as if devil or anything distracted them along the way, they are originally bound for fraud, from day 1. |

After God fear women but in this case the pastor lacks SELF-CONTROL He remains a suspect until proven guilty. please wait till the evidence are revealed before we start to pass our judgement. Nobody here is even trying to analyse the CLAIMS, CASE, or ARREST. Everybody just feel he is guilty. None of his followers or church members has even bother to defend him online, all simply because it didn't happen on Nigerian soil. It's like any situation that cannot be successfully pinned or blamed on our government (eg El Rufai, Buhari), we simply accept the global media trial over it. How pitiful. |

How come the Hausa tribes dont partake in this incessant dent of National Image While Yorubas are using churches to scam internationally and Ibos (or is it Yeebos) are pushing drugs beyond national boundaries, Hausas keep taking up appointments at UN offices and inspiring confidence at our foreign missions overseas. Maybe the Yorubas and Ibos should step back a little and let the Hausas, especially the MUSLIM Hausas too to do some little denting of our international image. It's boring having a single tribe continually doing Nigeria proud internationally. |
