Crime › Second Girl Rescued By Nigerian Troops Not Part Of Chibok Girls by Faculty14(op): 3:20pm On May 20, 2016 |
Two parents of the abducted Chibok girls say they are doubtful about the identity of a second girl, Serah Luka, reportedly rescued by Nigerian troops. A spokesperson of the Nigerian Army made the claim on Thursday. In separate phone interviews with SaharaReporters, however, the parents said they have yet to be shown the girl, a full 24 hours after she was said to have been rescued, and affirmed they do not have a Serah Luka on their list of the kidnapped girls. Amina Ali at the Presidential Villa yesterday One of the of parents, Lawan Hannah who is the secretary of the Parents Association of the Abducted Girls from Chibok, said the army ought to have brought the rescued girl to Chibok for identification before releasing her name and photograph to the public. He wondered why the Nigerian Army has refused to unite the girl with her parents so that their claims can be verified. Asked if he had seen the photo released by the army, he said nobody in Chibok has because they lack Internet access in the area. The first of the hundreds of girls to be recovered, 19-year old Amina Ali Mkeki, was found on Wednesday near in the company of a man referred to as her husband, and a four-month-old baby. She met with President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday. Before going to press, the press release below was obtained by Saharareporters: We are excited with the news of yet another rescued Chibok girl. According to Haruna Mutali, a community leader in Chibok, their background checks have revealed that this second returnee, Miss Serah Luka, was an SSS 1 learner at GSS Chibok, who was abducted by the insurgents in her home in Madagali. Every citizen returned is victory for us all. We appeal to the humanity in us to stay positively focused on emerging developments. We wish to advice caution in disseminating information too promptly, as we appeal that we respect the human dignity of our returnees and their loved ones, as we engage on this topic. We commend the gallant Nigerian army, the Civilian JTF, and the other security forces. We are strongly with you, as through great sacrifice you annihilate the insurgents, return our compatriots, reclaim our territories, and restore peace and normality especially in northeast Nigeria. http:///1TovHMK

cckris: Conversion by Abduction.
This will NEVER BE ACCEPTABLE, unless Buhari wants to divide Nigeria, which is what his policies are leading to.
Buhari did not convert her Boko haram did She can only decide for herself is she chose to remain a Muslim or change back to being a Christian Read that her father is a pastor I hope he'll be able to win her over |

Smart4me: Guy, forget this NYSC this and NYSC that! Im done servinga and working bro...
u cant compare us that went to NYSC to play with these guys who (Mopol) jump from place to another combating....these guys just came to pay their last respect for a fallen team mate with the gun shots and not really the parade thing. u think police college is all about parade alone? Abi u think Mopol jum na parade wahala? These guys pass thru psychological issues regularly as they deal with blood and most times, lose their colleagues! When u look at those guys, u will see that they are combat ready. I belive they just thought of this parade idea right there on the spot and they wasted bullet a lot and that showed that they were pained. They are humans not wood. U people should stop blaming and insulting them! There are specialist in ceremonial stuff in police...call them..they will parade wella. Abi u think mopol job and nysc experience na the same thing....wake up bro no need educating some ignoramus here Even if you talk tire dem go still yarn their trash D mopol in the said video are fellow squad members of the fallen hero The are trained to fight not offer ceremonial March The police and other security outfiro have such people But ignoramus will never learn |

shaybebaby: If you say it's an abnormality (to follow your line of reason, not that I perceive it that way), then it would imply that it's not a matter of choice but of biological wiring. In that instance, to deny them equitable treatment would be to discrimination. Would you consider it fair to be treated as a criminal for something which isn't your fault, like being denied a job because you are the wrong skin colour? Racism based on racial differences exists because one group views the other as abnormal. Yet we know that is unfair because we don't get to choose our race. As a group who has been persecuted and enslaved because we are different, I expect us to be the most empathetic to other issues of differences having suffered discrimination ourselves. But no, we are worse. Something which leads me to conclude that if we are the more dominant race, we would do worse than what the whites did to us. well sh!t happens We are trying to save a better world for the next generation..this few might be unlucky is not their fault.. Some to an extent..but what are about those who learnt it..were lured into it We can't allow it in any functioning society..is a menace that needs to be curb Just so you knw God frowns against it We are a religious society and before u say oh religion has affected this one Knw that pre colonial Africans had a way of life and way of doing things ..we won't let the western world dictate to us what is acceptable and not Homosexuality is bad..for our children, the society and the world. |

shaybebaby: But this is what happens because they are not allowed to be. They do things to keep up appearances eg get married because they are not allowed to be who they are. Then innocent people get dragged into the mix. If people were allowed, no one would pick a gay partner unknowingly. I hope you'll have no problem having a gay child?? |
