Meanwhile, somebody went to the child's parents to tell them we posted about the child on Nairaland and Sarah's dad came to threaten the corpers last night, saying he was going to "burn down the corpers". They are also trying to cover up that they beat the child, yesterday they took her to the hospital to treat her wounds.

Hey, I just saw somewhere on instagram that the police in Anambra have rescued the child. They're in police custody now. Apparently the child had some mental issues which the parents mistook for witchcraft. The baby is in the hospital and is being taken care of. Thank you for notifying the public about the issue. While I'm hoping that the op didn't just sit down to formulate a story and even attach pictures as proof to it, there are children like this going through the same fate and we have a duty to report such cases. It's inhuman to treat children like this. I've seen the op quote someone else with further proof, I don't think this is a fake or made up story. Please this is really heartbreaking, we need to stop it.

I see some people with no idea on how to help throwing shots at each other. I've just copied the link and forwarded to some online blogs with a lot of followers on instagram. Anyone who knows other popular blogs should do the same. Many people visit their pages and so hopefully people and maybe the appropriate agency get to see her story. Let's make it go viral. Exactly, 'hale and hearty' is what we've been hearing. Even the report by Sahara reporters yesterday shouldn't be completely accepted because we've heard the Senate president and other Elder statesmen who visited say he's ' hale and hearty'. If eventually an interview is granted people would still say it was staged. Sensitive things like this should be treated with caution, not just an outright dismissal, especially now that there are rumours flying around. I wish him quick recovery if indeed he's really sick.

I don't know about the myth, but I've tried it and it didn't draw as much. It wasn't the ogbono also ' cause it was fresh. I know that stale ogbono or one that has been kept for too long does not draw as it would if it was fresh.
