RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP

Hi guys, if someone has a bachelors degree already, can they apply for the Russian government scholarship for another Bachelors degree to study in a different field?

Also, does Russian government scholarship accept MBBS students?

Please list the Universities that do it.
In the past, their language course and examination was conducted by LASU and OAU but I heard that it is no longer done there, all language exams holds in Brazil.

Thanks.

You can still do language courses there but not the exam. Also, you can go and write the exam in Ghana or travel to Brazil or anyother country where there is an exam center to do it.

Nooo they are using candles .....

Lol, don’t be harsh. I asked many people already and they said there was constant electricity. Then one Brazilian that lives in São Paulo told me no. I was na wondering what to believe which is why I came to ask here. I can’t assume any about any country that I have never been to. I have to rely on what others tell me and confirm it the more I meet people.

Anyone here who applied for Brazilian permanent residency especially based on a Brazilian child or spouse?

If yes, did you have to notarize/legalize your police character certificate in the Brazilian consulate here in Nigeria as well to use for your application in Brazil?

I don't know how far along she is in her pregnancy, but based on the comments here, I suggest you apply ASAP. The earlier the better.

To be on the safe side you can also apply to Mexico and Argentina. Documents you need are likely to be the same.

If non of them works out, try Barbados. But I think for this you may need a UK transit visa. If you figure out another method to travel through another country without a transit visa that would also be good.
