A reputable and growing firm is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Executive Director (Tax) to lead its tax practice and drive business expansion.

📍 Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
🕒 Experience Required: 6 – 10 years (progressive experience in tax advisory, compliance, and leadership roles)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership for the firm’s tax division
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and advisory services
• Drive internally generated revenue (IGR) initiatives across states
• Lead business development efforts and expand client base
• Manage high-level client relationships and stakeholder engagements
• Ensure full compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
• Lead, mentor, and manage the tax team to achieve performance targets
• Represent the firm in engagements with regulatory authorities

🔹 Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CITN) are required
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and state IGR frameworks
• Proven track record in revenue generation and business growth
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• High level of integrity and professionalism
