Hi everyone, I'm paying my wife and 2 kids holiday for 7nights in london this august, I already hold a valid visa so I'm applying for my family.

This august i'm planning to get my family to London for 7 days vacation, I already have a visa but my wife and 2 kids need one each.
I'm self employed, my wife is not working although she's listed as director in my business with 30% share as indicated on CAC.
I'm sponsoring the trip, i have enough for it generated through my business to my savings account monthly (sometimes 2 times a month), my wife only gets some funds for feeding and stuffs monthly from my business account, she doesn't keep much as we do most spending from my personal account and business account. Now my question;
Can i still print her account statement and add it to the documents? please note I'm sponsoring the trip.
Is a allowed if she declare herself as housewife?

Hi justwise I was looking for details on GREECE Tourist Visa, most requirement asked should be 3yrs. Eg Tax Clearance, Bank Statement so on. Any details about this? i found those details here;

Like I said I already have a Visa, I will be financially responsible for my wife and 2 kids Holiday expenses. I'm an Estate Surveyor with my own company,my wife's name is listed as the second director with the same share as me on CAC form,the company account has me as the sole signatory,I pay VAT and Annual Income company Tax. Occasionally i do transfer to my wife's account from company's account for foodstuffs and kids well being, she is not working..... I've my current and savings accounts.WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED SIR. Thnx as usual.

No it does not, you can over stay in the UK for upto 90days without any problem but don't forget to declare this in the form when asked.

Though i think that rule was changed recently but since your over stayed before the new rule comes in you will be fine.

Declare it and state like you did here why you and your family overstayed.

Go to gym, dancing classes,campus,restaurants bar. Basically any happening spots.

Please I'm confused and I do not want to make mistake, this summer I'm thinking of taking my family to Edinburgh festival, I have 2 yrs visiting visa myself which i got last year when i went for a conference, My wife and 2 kids needs visa, my first child and my wife travelled with me in 2014 as dependants on my postgraduate student visa and my second child was born in UK during my study period. However I left UK immediately after graduation because of work and my wife was waiting for NHS appointment date for the circumcision of my son who was born in UK, they waited 2 months without results before we decided we would do it in Nigeria and they left for home after overstaying for about 60 days. At the airport in UK no form was filled and no stamps was given, SO DOES THIS ATTRACT A BAN IF THEY APPLY THIS TIME?.
