I don't really understand what the ECO is pointing at,I have my job with salary stated and supported with payslip and bank statement, also submitted my house document(deed, building plan, survey, even payment receipt)
As regards increase in my account,it will not take me more than 3 month to save what i have, but he still in doubt.
I really enjoying applying and do it myself process, this is just a learning point to work on against another time. |

I have never done the withdrawal before, I suggest you contact TLS bimbotek: Thanks fakmurphy. I am thinking of making the withdrawal next week Tuesday or Wednesday if my application is not concluded by then. How many days would it take to get my passport back if I make the withdrawal on tuesday. Thanks once again.. |

If you need to withdraw your application back click https://uk.tlscontact.com/ng/los/page.php?pid=withdrawal_processand follow the instructions. bimbotek: Hi guys, Thanks for the great work you are doing. I submitted my application for a 6month visa on the 5th of Aug and my application is not yet out. I got a mail from them about 3 days ago stating that the processing of my application has not been straightforward hence they would need more time. I work in a bank and I got all the necessary letters from HR, so I am amused that my application wud pend for this long. Now the issue is something came up recently and would need my international passport on the 6th of sept. What do I do house? |

Yes but double check with VI should in case you will be submitting there Mikelion: New policy I guess. Thanks for the confirmation. |
Travel › Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by fakmurphy(m): 7:51pm On Aug 25, 2016 |
Mikelion: In the PDF checklist I downloaded after booking appointment, there is no mention that you must include passport-sized color photograph, isn't that odd? I do not think there's a requirement for passport photograph, I submitted in IKEJA 2 weeks back and was even surprised to hear passport photo is not needed instead the one taken with their machine was printed on the Visa. |

Yes you can do not forget to show connection between yourself and dependants, marriage certificate, kids birth cert, your student visa copy, your CAS statement. Make sure the funds is matured (number of expected days) before applying. Goodluck elope: pls i wanna ask. can the student apply first and then, dependant later when the student has gotten result, with the same bank statement |
Travel › Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by fakmurphy(m): 5:09pm On Aug 02, 2016 |
With my experience TIER 4 is point based, so make sure the required funds has matured before applying. For instance you can do yours first and hers later, do not forget to include your CAS statement and visa in her application and prove of marriage. Goodluck uncover: Hi fakmurphy and the team! I am hoping to submit application for UK tier 4 visa with my wife as a dependant partner. My school resumes on September 21. The challenge is that I want to apply for a study leave in my place of work which I should do at least one month in advance. And my wife's proof of funds won't mature until Aug 29 (28days counting). Could there be any issue if I apply for my visa now and my wife applies in a month's time? We intend to travel together by Sep 16th. |

OK thanks i'm getting it i guess you are referring to VAT(Yes it fine is 5k) which we pay monthly but it different from company tax which is paid yearly, the 3rd is withholding tax which is not applicable to us. correct? AZUH: Fakmurphy only when your company has not started biz or nt making profit . don't go and fill that your Nil and see if you won't pay for 5k for late returns . From the day you get your Tin number few days or weeks later they will open a file for you and it will start counting . It's that your Nil format that is helping you . For embassy sake pay your tax before you apply . appease the gods first to get what you want .. |

@Justwise thanks for d great job you are doing here, please i need your help again i do not have 300 pounds to dash UK. Like i have asked you earlier before my company was registered in NOV.2015 and fully commenced business in dec. On the TCC which was issued to us in feb 2016 was written NIL (That is we didnt pay anything) it expiry date is 31/12/2016 as written on the TCC.When I asked, FIRS said its after 31/12/2016 that we are due to prepare account because any new firm is given up to 18 months (After 1yr ) from inception to prepare such. Is it advisable to use this? We have been remitting our monthly VAT per month though. |
Travel › Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by fakmurphy(m): 9:47pm On Jul 29, 2016 |
ok, but in rules FIRS said only after 18 months can a company prepare account statement. What we have monthly now is VAT AZUH: @fkmurphy . Oga please if you're wise and you want to use your company name to source for visa ' you have to make the vo believe that your company is financially stable . They check through your tax not not invoice and if i want to evaluate the size of your company I will go through your tax . If you can't pay your company tax or your self assessment tax ' don't apply . |
Travel › Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by fakmurphy(m): 4:45pm On Jul 29, 2016 |
@AZUH fakmurphy: Thanks, you either missing important information or do not know much about FIRS, as new company you have 18 months from the date you start operating to file account statement which means 1yr 6 months, so if you request for tax clearance cert. during this period it's issued free with all figures NIL, i got this since feb, stating my commencement date- expiry date. However such company like others must remit their VAT monthly (5% of all service fee earned), and withholding tax if applicable. |
