Thanks, you either missing important information or do not know much about FIRS, as new company you have 18 months from the date you start operating to file account statement which means 1yr 6 months, so if you request for tax clearance cert. during this period it's issued free with all figures NIL, i got this since feb, stating my commencement date- expiry date. However such company like others must remit their VAT monthly (5% of all service fee earned), and withholding tax if applicable. AZUH: |

The interview would be done same day you submit you application at the centre. Tier 4 applicants would be called into a conference room one after the other, there would be an officer waiting on the video chat (Not in person)[code][/code] via something like skye, you be asked to put on the headphone and type your CAS number to the chat, you will then be asked few questions.I think the normal processing time is 1-2 weeks, you should be contacted by email. I have fixed deposit too ======================================================= i'm submitting; Conference registration confirmation and receipts Hotel booking My company bank statement Vat papers (March-June) as we started in Nov and opened acc in feb. rent receipts booklets sales receipts booklets invoices My bank statement 'A' showing fixed deposit, it's interest paid in there every 90 days. bal 1.5m Fixed deposit cert. My bank statement 'B' showing daily spendings (most funds comes in from either Acc A and company's acc) bal by then 450k) Duplicate copies of all transfer slips from A TO B 4-5 properties docs with their purchasing receipts, deeds, survey plans, etc. shares bond cert. Hi everyone, i am not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but would be delighted for your assistance. I'm trying to sort out my company's tax and kind of confused about it, i have looked on FIRS website and the calculation thing just didn't add up, i also checked their list of tax accredited consultants and i have been in contact with one guy in Ibadan but am not sure of what to expect. My company is A Real Estate firm, incorporated in NOV. 2015 but started operation with bank account stuff in march 2016. Thanks for your assistance and referral. |
