Special thanks to baba cindihno ur too much even tho u be almost won dey para cos of my desperation.special thanks to my colleague scoffield I see my brother from anoda moda but same fada kelvinpam u just too much(no homo) and to all my bremen family ogolo,kayode,kingsley and baba justcul I tuala.meanwhile I left port harcourt for lagos yestday with all my load even tho I had not gotten d visa mail.I think dat waz faith lolz.on this special note I sign out........ Eke's visa collection has unmasked a whole lot of both old and ancient ghost-like monikers on this Lovely family like myself and others, it will be barbaric and ungodly if i refuse to come outta my ghost mode to appreciate what God has been doing for this family, Ak47, like i always call u, i remember asking questions last year that even a layman will spit on me and walk away but u never overlooked my emptiness instead u filled me up with answers beyond my knowlegde to the extent that the process of a german student visa is as easy as humming a nursery rhyme. Baba, you are an epitome of Kindness and humility and a perfect example of better things to come. You stated how much u started this struggle with and even how hard it was to convince your family but am assuring you that this is just a NEW beginning of greater things to come. You helped a lot of people even when your own agony was on the increase. But am glad all those dark days are over. As a matter of fact i can proudly tell people that i have a true Friend in Germany, moreover altho i dnt have munich in mind next year but i wouldnt mind applying for a uni there come winter next year. LOL..Make una no vex, my silenece was as a result of a couple of things beyond my control. One of the fact being that, for the very first time, I didn't really know what to scribble down and how or names to leave out.
On Monday, I took the print out proof of AOK insurance and international passport, as I went to hand over an insurance documents to a very dear friend for her own collection. By faith, I said by force by fire, as I'm going to the embassy, I wasn't just gonna become a channel again, the time for me to go is now! I had everything that morning for collection, but for the print out of the a.m matter mail from the embassy. It was past 9 but I was going no where until I get it I said to myself, I called my alien office and the response was positive. Lo and behold! Just like in a dream, an hour later the mail dropped like hot pap. Right inside the car park beside the embassy, where I was humming to Big Sean's song "Blessings"..."I'm way up, I feel blessed,...I'm way up, I feel blessed...." then the people around me wondered why my voice changed from a Michael Jacksin's falsetto to a Barry White's baritone but they won't understand that ended is a 2 year struggle, a moment that will turn around the fortunes of the bad crooner standing before them.
The journey was arduous, filled with streaks of disappointment from both family and friends (those times were the very lows) but in all victory was assured. Giving up was never an option, I didn't have time to complain, calmness and a strong faith was all I had. However, this wouldn't be possible without all your prayers here. For long I had a virtual family that sometimes translated to a physical one. Mentioning names is the hard part, but at decisive moments in the journey, Apart from family some people had done beyond encouraging words and prayers in their intervention. Swtxt, crowns, Vivian, , (who remembered her?) Seunstein and his friend, kennyoguns009, Phucado, oga Goldhorse, Dolpaz, panzi (brother and ghost follower), Obiwannn -one of my DB heroes, My Naija German people, (you guys are the best). For many who will call, send messages, do their prayers in their secret places, I more than appreciate your efforts. We have been so close I don't even remember your monikers.
Guys still awaiting their mails, please, never give up, I started the big dream with less than 100k in my account, a phone & PC for research purposes and a will of steel. Family said no for so long, it was hard but I journeyed despite that to embrace my destiny even after one failure, quitting was not an option. If I can do it, then you can absolutely do it.
For the newbies, I will DEFINITELY, be here whenever the need arises just as always. This time around, with more experience.
I can finally say to myself, "Eke40seven, Congratulations!.... Go to Deutschland and SUCCEED!".

Hello house, i'm new here but have been following this thread when a friend of mine introduced it to me however, please i need urgent help on how to appeal my visa application that was refused after 3 good weeks. Did my interview on 31st August and got rejection letter on 25th of September. I applied for Master program and did not take a test in my interview. My interview i think, went well but the reason for my rejection was that there are doubts as to my serious intention to study in Germany as well as to the travel purpose. It also states that the alliens authority shares the opinion of the consulate general. Please Oga Eke40seven and all the gurus in the house i really need your God given wisdom to help me scale through. My enrollment deadline is 26th of October. Meanwhile i transferred through Access bank since 11th of September and telex copy given me but when i called DB they said nothing entered the account so i went to the bank they apologized and i received the credit alert the day i collected the rejection letter. Please all, what's the way forward

This may be connected to the prepared answer sheet which might have contained nearly all the questions the VO was planning to ask ceased from someone few weeks ago during interview. Thank God you scale through. Were you interview by Ishabella aka(Chinko woman)? The test, are the questions on Economics alone? and how many question altogether? Best of luck

Sorry guys I was really tired to update the house about the latest at the embassy after my interview today. I will start by advising guys to always close their ears to all those touts outside. The guy who photocopied my docs made a mistake to photocopy the back of my block Acct slip instead of the front, and I got to find out really late last night. So I had to photocopy outside the embassy. When the guy saw my form, I attached my photo to one of the forms and the guy quickly said it's wrong that I need to photocopy that same page with my passport to get get the other application form. To me he made sense and I did it. He started saying I the passport data page is suppose to be coloured and I said don't worry I will give them black and white. Those guys are out there to make people confuse and do rubbish.
I got to the gate at about 6.15 and I quickly observed there are no much people compare to when I went for my block account. I joined the queue and our man consulate 1 was already shouting at people who couldn't follow simple instructions. At that time, I realized everybody today were there for student visa.
There were at least 25 people from my count. Our cash and documents collected one after the other. 4 different people to attend to us and our german madam wasn't among them. 3 black ladies and a gentleman, my interview, same questions as we all know but one of the other counter asked "why was germany seperated before 1990". Pls I was asked to name my courses according to the semesters. I think I flopped here cause I know all courses without separating them according to semesters. So I just missed them randomly.
So know your modulus according to each semester.
If you are here, count yourself lucky. A Lot of guys don't even know anything about the country they are planning to go study in. Some don't even know about the city and there came for interview. Wish all those yet to go for their interview luck. Danke schon.

If the letter says that, then sharpaly take it with you and go get the damn B. Acc opened and book your interview ASAP. Afterall, an equiv. of same letter is what uniHamburg gave someone some pages back and she fared just fine with it. You can use the school which you are certain you'd be most qualified for as your school when filling the form. And please, do the blocked account thing in lagos if you can. My friend who did his in ABJ has been faced with so many kinds of issues.

@Uchezdedon. Note Uni-assist don't offer or give admission oooo. Uni-assist only evaluate ur document and send it to d school u apply. Though I also received same message after they confirmed ur payment

Yes, if the letter contains a positive information regarding ur admission u can open a block account. because ur school will waste time b4 sending ur admission soft copy b4 they will even send d hard copy via regular mail. Trust NIPOST and their service here wen it comes to deliver a mail. The earlier d better for u.
