Besides, linking TIN to account doesn't mean they will charge tax per transaction. It's just a say to link people cash flows to their tax records. How can N50mln pass through an account yet the person has no tax record with govt because he's an Idumota trader. That has got to stop.

Yes when we open corporate accounts we alwsy submit TIN which is okay but trying to force people with personal accounts to to go and collect TIN and submit same to banks is as a proviso for operating a bank account is criminal
