morning everyone. just got a call from someone claiming to be from DPR that I have been invited for interview on 9th of January and they will send details of the venue to me via email. I didn't ask him anything and I didn't tell him that I have been interviewed interestingly,he called my 2nd line that is not even on my portal page. Lemme see the mail he will send.

well... I think I should comment. biko can someone suggest a good blender for me, that costs not more than 15k, I've forgotten the answers I got last year. Please suggest something you are using, esp if you blend a lot and it's lasted more than 2 years thanks.

I used Philip for about 4 years till I spoilt it by myself. it cost 8.5k at the time and blended even unsoaked(sp?) beans for moinmoin. I just bought thermocool ice crusher that cost 20k but I blended once and it stopped working. will return it this week. I will suggest you go for the Philips pls

Hi parents in the house.My sister little baby girl of A month and few days doesn't allow anybody to carry her.She always feel uncomfortable and cry when anybody apart from the mother carry her.Worst still is that I don't think she has started even seeing well. What could be the cause of this?

my first son was like that as a baby and people complained but I paid them no heed as I didn't want them tensioning my poor kid. besides he played a lot at home and was very free. even though because of his being anti social, we had to enrol him in school early thinking it would help, but my kid still didn't socialise. now, he has a kid brother who is 1+, extremely outgoing and open. do you know that while my first son is still reserved, his younger brother's playfulness is making him come out of his shell gradually? moral of my story, these things are most times innate but situations can equally make them adjust with time so kindly let the kid be.

Weldone ma. Sorry am not trying to disapprove how you culture your son but I think you need to be liberal a little. As in, you never can feel how much tasty he could become or how much his body needs liquid at a particular moment, me think you should try and satisfy his urge for water (not juice or other drinks) any time. Even of its little please.

I just put him in my shoes, when am tasty I can't sleep until I drink water.

@Davsquared, while you are adopting all the advises given, you can also get a polythene wrapper laid under your bed spread or on top of it and lay another wrapper on it where you will place him. So if pararaventure you sleep off and failed to take him up to wee, he won't wet the bed but the other wrapper.

I make sure my 3+ son wees before going to bed ,he doesn't take liquids no matter how much he begs at least 1hour before bedtime, then I wake him up at least once during the night to wee. HTH

I registered my BVN in 2015 during the rush hour period. But I just discovered now the the picture there is a wrong picture. My biometrics also can't access the the BVN. I went to the branch or the bank where registered it(Skye bank) they said that pictures on BVN numbers can never be changed. My other details like names and date of birth are correct. I'm so devastated right now because there's something important I want to use it for...
Any advice please?

this is a matter of communication and territory. inform and involve her in your plans especially when it comes to your sisters so she won't feel left out. then understand that you guys are about to start a new home and she will be the matriarch and if she doesn't 'secure' her place now...... finally, sit her down, tell her how u feel, be open to her about how ur family feels about her and ask her about her expectations ,feelings and fears. good luck
