Brethren it seems to Me that
You have not listened
attentively to the vision and
prophecy. If we had examined
ourselves, God would not have
judged us.

But when He judges us, he chastises us so that we may not be condemned with the world. God has never tempted us because man cannot be tempted by God. But every
man is tempted when he is drawn away by his lust and
enticed.

It is said that a child who walks circumspectly will subdue what destroyed his father but a child who walks carelessly will be killed by what killed his father. You are very much aware of the cause of Adam’s death. It is that same thing which killed Adam and Eve, our first father and mother that is causing great confusion and commotion in the whole
world today.

FORNICATION IS A DEADLY SIN

Even the children of Israel were
subdued and killed by this
dreadful sin on their way from Egypt to the Promised Land.

You have been told in the scriptures that a total of 600,000 Israelites of 21 years old and above were delivered and brought out of Egypt excluding women and children, but only two persons finally reached the Promised Land. Why? This sad situation was caused by fornication.

You have been told that a total of 23,000 people died in one day because of fornication. They died not because of lies, stealing or any other sin but because of the sin of fornication.

All these things happened unto them and they are written for our admonition, so that we may not indulge in the sin of fornication and suffer death. If you like pray but prayer cannot prompt God to change this situation.

If Adam and Eve our first parents were driven away from the Garden of Eden and they subsequently died because of the sin of fornication, what do you think of yourself? All the difficulties we are experiencing today and through which the world will continue to suffer are not caused by any other sin but
fornication.

I have come to realise that the
world do not regard fornication as anything sinful. Even as I am delivering this gospel, most people are conversing, some are sleeping while others are singing. Nobody considers fornication as a dreadful sin. Neither women or men count it sinful.

You want God to give you
life, money, husband or wife but entirely forgetting about asking God to destroy the instinct of promiscuity and fornication in you completely so that you may live a righteous and pure life unto him.

THE TABERNACLE OF GOD IS
WITHIN MAN


God has no other house the human body. The tabernacle of
God is with men. God does not
dwell in any other thing. Man is
the home of God. If Adam and
Eve did not fornicate, troubles
and afflictions would not have come upon the world. As you
heard in the morning, God is a
spirit and He has come to lead.
He has come to teach and direct. He is the Lord of Lords and Kingof Kings.

The pertinent question is where does He dwell? He
dwells in the hearts of men.
Another significant question is
can a fornicator dwell in Him or
can the Almighty God dwell in
the heart of a fornicator? The answer is No! Anybody, who
through the sin of fornication
defiles God’s Temple, him will
God destroy.

If you commit fornication you have disappointed God and that house automatically is useless and stands condemned. This is because fornication amounts to urinating and passing faeces in God’s temple and His great hope of dwelling in man is defeated: consequently the house has to
be condemned and destroyed
since it is not fit for habitation.

Beloved brethren, if we had
known that whatever sin we
commit is without the body but when we fornicate we defile the temple of God, we would have forsaken earthly lust and abstain completely from fornication.

THE DREADFUL THING ABOUT FORNICATION

The most dreadful thing about
fornication is that people of all
ages, races, creed and religions
are involved.

If you can scan through the entire population of the world right from children to the adult, no one is free from
committing fornication. Men
and Women of diverse
backgrounds, whether a chief,
king, president, governor or academician, poor, and rich are
all neck deep in fornication.
Preachers, soothsayers, doctors, traders, women, have turn round to practice and patronize it. Some people would stand up and declare how committed they are in the service of the Almighty God, even when they are fornicating seriously. And I ask is fornication synonymous
with serving God?

The Minister of Information and Culture of Nigeria, Lai Mohammed, has reacted to criticisms trailing his recent pronouncement on steps being taken by the government to discourage the production of Nigerian movies and music outside the country.

In a chat with PT on Sunday, he said it was to tackle the exploitation of perceived loopholes in the Nigerian Broadcasting Code, NBC.

“The NBC code today as it stands has been exploited and not defined and that’s why movies being directed by Nigerians with Nigerian actors, actresses can be shot in South Africa and then brought back to be consumed in Nigeria.

All we are saying is that we are going to amend the code in a manner that it will not be possible for you to exploit any loophole there to go and shoot outside Nigeria film, music or programs that are meant to be consumed in Nigeria,” Mr. Mohammed said.

The Minister on Saturday said the government had taken steps to get the Nigeria Broadcasting Code, NBC to put an end to the trend of producing Nigerian music, movie and programs abroad. This however drew criticism from Nigerians who asked the minister to address the issue of government officials going for medical treatment abroad first before sanitising the movie industry.

However, the minister said the government had no ill-feeling in its move to dissuade Nigerian films from being produced abroad.

“It is not directed at any particular incident, every country should respect the local industry of other countries.

For example, in Ghana they introduced a law today that demands visiting actors to pay a thousand dollars to the government coffers while visiting directors and producers pay 5,000 dollars.

We must create an enabling environment and also generate revenue from our creative industry. The argument is simple, when you go to shoot a film offshore, you use the work force of that country to develop the capacity of that country and you improve the economy of that country and that is what we are trying to do here.”
