They take pride in killing unarmed civillians but runaway when boko haram calls.

Tyranny mixed with cowardice!

pls if i may ask, are you part of them Shia? You seem to know so much about them.
she doesn't have to be a shiite member to know all these. It means she's more informed than you are...

Ever wondered why the west refused to hand over sophisticated arms to these murderers in uniform? Here is your reason.

Politics / Re: Worsening Economy: Nigeria Sliding Towards Revolution, Ekweremadu Warns Buhari. by fastestfinger: 2:31pm On Dec 13, 2015
One day, we're all going to get fed up with the excessive lies and propaganda...and then, it will begin.

A revolution can only occur in a homogenous group. Nigeria is not a nation. As such, a revolution would be viewed through the tribal lens.

Politics / Re: Biafra: Kanu A Bigger Crowd-puller Than Buhari, Says Kukah by fastestfinger: 2:07pm On Dec 13, 2015
wirinet:
Yes, Kanu is a bigger crowd puller; in Aba. Let him go to Duara, in katsina or anywhere in the north, then we will see how many crowd he can pull.

What business can the the country do with someone that has declared war on it? How can a country partner with someone calling for arms to murder other tribes in the country? Nigeria might as well partner with shekau or whoever Boko Haram's leader is, because of charisma and the ability to pull crowd.

No sane Nigerian has questioned the rights of Kanu and his IPOB supporters to their freedom of expression, the issue is the threats of violence, hatre speeches against Nigeria and other tribes, death threats against other tribes, soliciting for arms to kill other Nigerians and radicalizing young Igbo youth to violence. No other country would tolerate such nonsense. Let a Muslim go the US and promote death and killing of other Americans in the name of freedom of expression and see what happens.
in the same vein, let buhari go to Aba, lets see how much crowd he pulls.

Getting arms is as easy as drinking pure water. If he wanted to be armed, they (arm dealers) would even arm him on credit.

I can help by laugh at you precarious situation. Its very funny. Why?

1. It seems you woke up from the wrong side of your bed today. Did u just arrive in the country.
2. Over 3/4 of the population speaks Arabic everyday. Hope you haven't forgotten that majority carries the votes.
3. If you don't know something, you learn.
4. Besides all nation adopt Latin mode of writing that don't speak it; Nigeria included. Should abort it too. As it can linked to xtiandom.
5. Stop wailing
which 3/4 of the population are you referring to? who are the arabic speakers?

I hope you're aware that Quran recitation is not the same thing as speaking arabic?

Politics / Re: Reason Why Jonathan Must Rot In Prison - Proof Of His Financial Atrocities by fastestfinger: 8:23am On Dec 09, 2015
Lucasbalo:
From my personal angle, all the worthless leaders before Jonathan and Jonathan himself and the crooked ones in this dispensation must be probed for corruption and indicted. For anyone to support any of this slimeballs is a sin. They have bastardized and pauperise the country that only posterity can bring her out of the cesspool of rot and decadence. If Nigerians realise how bad the country is, there will be a bloody revolution. No one on Nairaland can point to three positive things in Nigeria. What a shame for a country so blessed by nature to turn to a Junkyard.
There won't be a revolution, because Nigeria is a country and not a nation.

I understood you perfectly but we have to be careful here as it seems that you guys have a lot of people that are still running with the 1967 mentality though these issues shouldn't even be talked about after all we all run with the same ideology which is capitalist in nature and self expression but the fears of the minority groups needs to be addressed properly to allay any fear of any kind after all unity should be of purpose and not just a case of being united which will lead to rancor and bitterness thereby taking us back to the same old system we were running away from.
A united SE and SS is what they fear most but what's the agenda of the igbo man? is it different from the agenda of those that seem to hold sway and lording over us right now ?
Don't you think it would be counterproductive to run away from one form of marginalization only to open up another chapter? If you were in the shoes of these minorities , would you show support for something where your interest is likely to remain like your current interest ? Where is the honey before spitting out your sugar?
so you get sense like this?

If you had put your points across this way, nobody would have attacked you in the previous threads.

Politics / The Problem With Nairaland Moderators by fastestfinger: 10:54am On Dec 06, 2015
It's quite disheartening what Nairaland has turned to these days. Given the recent attempt by some broom-waving senators to turn Nigerians to "sai baba" chanting zombies who have no opinion of theirs, except agreeing to every decision or policy of this administration, no matter how clueless it is. i'm beginning to think that the moderators on this forum are of a similar mindset to these senators who are being used by the buhari administration as hatchet men, in a bid to stop Nigerians from criticising and calling attention to the glaring incompetence and cluelessness of his government.
I was banned a couple of days ago by the MOD in politics section for making an innocuous comment devoid of any insult whatsoever. As if that was not enough, i was handed a lengthy ban by the MOD in the jobs/vacancies section just because i had the audacity to ask him to calm down and take easy. This particular MOD has virtually killed the"Shell 2015/2016 recruitment thread. His emotions are all over the place like white on rice. It seems he just started learning how to hide comments.Whoever tells him to get a grip on himself gets a ban and his/her comments hidden.
Logging in today, i discovered that these same bullies had deleted half of all the comments i've made on this forum. I'm totally peeved, but, at the same time not cowed or intimidated by this display of tyranny.
This is the problem with the blackman. He tends to use any power given to him to pursue personal interests and settling vendetta. Why would the MODs ban and hide the comments of an individual just because he/she holds a different opinion or espouses an opinion that they deem to be politically incorrect. This is glaringly evident in the Biafran threads. You'd see the MODs rushing to hide comments that express an inkling of support to the agitation while they do nothing about the comments that insults, ridicules and denigrates the "struggle" and those who champion it. This is TOTALLY unacceptable. Why should a MOD allow his personal bias or prejudice interfere with his job?
This is an infringement on the fundamental right of Nairaland users to air their opinions without fear or favour.
I'm using this medium to call the attention of the owner of this forum to the bullying and blatant abuse of privileges by his moderators who are bent on frustrating and victimising forumites who hold a different opinion from them.

Can a leopard change its spots? Next time, they won't leave their "sense" at home when going to the polling booth to vote.
