Mynd44: How do you build a beach front property when you don't even own the beach? This is actually a mad case of trespass emkz: How was the $30 million spent?
Apparently, the most expensive asset demolished there is the swimming pool.
In saner climes, the Landmark CEO would be in jail for allocating government and public property to himself. ayotade09: 1. his building Hotel was not demolished 2. the beach front isn't his na Government get am it is on lease 3. they've given him notice to evacuate that Government want to make use of the beach he choose to ignore 4. 30million dollars is not 30million naira what exactly did he construct on the beach that cost 30mmillion dollars loffyloffy: 30m dollars where exactly?..is it on the beach he doesn't own? As it is a fact that his building was not destroyed.
30 m dollars on that beach? Is he trying to con his investors? I believe we have evil people all around... Evil guys You guys are evil. Now did the road pass through the demolished structure? Immediately dangote successfully started refining fuel they came out that they likewise has fixed the refinery and will also be exporting but for decades they left us importing fuel from outside
Now they said no fuel to guarantee dangote crude as they likewise need to refine.

I am a physiotherapist, I got a job in UK directly from Nigeria in 2022 and I moved there and I work with NHS, I only applied for a license to work as a physiotherapist in UK. That is all I did.
I have met so many doctors that studied in Nigeria, working as doctors here, they didn’t have to go to any more school, they just wrote the licensing exams to practice which is standard.
I have countless number of nurses who got job directly from Nigeria.
Stop spreading misinformation Dont mind d edio1t. Ur experience in Nigeria is far more valuable than anything.. |
Education › Re: Is Nigeria Certificate Useful Outside The Country? by fastseo: 10:51am On Dec 27, 2024 |
Infotubia9ja: Good question..
I hope I try to explain this as much understandable as I can for you.
You see all those doctors here in Nigeria right, they are not doctors when the relocate abroad. They get jobs as home care aid to nursing sick people. That is a different occupation far far from practicing as a doctor in America or Canada or UK. Infact you can as well apply to be a home care assistant as well with your university degree from Nigeria which is considered a normal equivalent to diploma here. You just have to pass the nursing exam which I know a 200level university student from Nigeria can read the Q&A and pass as well. What you do is simply take care of old people or mentally unstable people and make sure they don't poop on their self or when they do you change them and also make sure they take their meds regularly and also monitor them so they don't harm their self. Anybody can do that job infact that is equivalent to a factory job if you don't know only this time you be more careful because you handling a human life and can be arrested and you go to jail if you flop because it is stated there in your agreement you sign before you start working.
If you want to be a doctor in these countries, you have to apply for a medical or a nursing program/ degree where you undergo the process from the begining according to the countries teaching regulations and standards, pass the necessary exams, go for your training practice, write another exam if you fail you have to retake it which happens very often because I have friends who it has happened to. Then luckily you pass them you go under the process to be a certified nurse or doctor depending on the field you choose.
I hope you get the point now. Merry Xmas and season greetings. See as u open mouth de talk watin u no know or sabi. Nigerian certificates is/are acknowledge in all western countries. We have doctors nurses, engineers etc doing extremely well and they migrated using their Nigerian certificates in this countries. |

malachai89: I started considering japa last month and it has been great following this thread for over a week now.
Actually what I'm looking for is a more secured future for my family. We make enough money to live great in Nigeria but currently we're in between expanding our business and relocating to the UK via the study route.
I've read some quite discouraging things online especially about how UK is slowing turning into a third world country.
I sincerely need honest advise so we can make the right decision between expanding our business here in Nigeria or start the UK relocation plan.
Is the UK still worth it in 2025 considering we have to apply for two students visa.
Also, I'll appreciate other countries recommendations too. Going for UK because I was told it's the easiest to get study visa.
Thanks everyone. United Kingdom is not a third word country. It's a first world country. If you have a business you are into in Nigeria that you could expand and u are doing very well in Nigeria then its best you remain in Nigeria and maintain that quality of lifestyle.. But if u are a career person whose income has been wiped off by inflation probably earning like say 400k and that's not enough for you. Then u can try the japa stuff. Remember if u land you are going to adjust your lifestyle. Working really hard unless u got employed in the civil service. Also note that for you to stay after graduation you also have to pass all your courses with no single fail else no graduation and no post study. After post study u will have to seek for sponsorship jobs. Most of this sponsorship are gotten in care homes. Where they clean n take care of vulnerable people. So its not all about japa but you should have a clear acceptable path to navigate so as to achieve an indefinite leave to remain in the UK. Lastly one of u only need a course that allows dependant. |

She should have exposed the scam to the home office before they told her to leave the country. They both would have been sent home. The guy is the main applicant and the girl was supposed meet her agreement or she decline so the guy should look for someone else who is ready... The benefit to the lady is enormous with 2 years post study she could achieve what she wouldn't achieve in Nigeria in 70 years |
