My heart goes out to the wife and kids.
They will be deported back to Nigeria as the man is the main applicant and children and wife are dependent.

The main applicant will lose is COS and be jailed and returned back to Nigeria.

All funds invested to relocate hid family.. Millions of naira and funds invested in his education all wasted abd gone.

The man is a father of two. From the video the wife appears to be crying.. Soo sad.

Chatting with underage, demanding for their pictures etc is a crime in the United Kingdom and a crime anywhere in developed countries.

Nonsense i rather put my money in fixed deposit domiciled in foreign hard currency with low interest rate or buy a FG bond.

The actual rate exceed what is being reported and if labour want to react they ask for increase in salaries which is nonsense. Its an established fact that a government can not run out on it own currency what they do is just print out more money and inflation continues.

What we should be looking at is way and means of tackling the main issues causing this problem. How do we tackle fuel prices? How do we make fuel cheaper. How do we protect our boarders to ensure that products are not staken out? How do we improve security so thay farmers can return to farm? How can we make roads motorable etc

If all this are tackled then prices will fall down and naira will improve

Am not in US rather UK and all European countries are like that.. Secured and protected. Call police and within 5 minutes they are with u.

U can walk on the way 20 kilometers in an hour of night and nothing will do u.

The US u are pointing at has an issue with gun availability to everyone so what do u expect while in the uk no one is given that chance. Even police dont use gun except in terror cases.

In Abuja for example u can't drive at night while in uk here u can drive from Scotland to London with no fear of anything. Zero cases of kidnapping if it happens its something then its an act of terrorism.

In the past.. 2010 to even 2016 its unheard of that a banker..i mean a staff of the bank just resign and travel its highly impossible. Same thing to do with lecturers,they only go to do their courses outside and they are back. But today everyone is just tired cos of the leadership we end up having so the best brains who knows that they can compete in a world of merit are leaving

I know u want the best for Nigeria which we all want but u should understand that people have lost hope on the government and the insecurity issues in the country affects them. The northerners are facing same issues but maybe they are cool with it or have hopes soon things will turn out right.

Lastly i have seen a good number of people who have experience in service sectors.. Accountant, audit etc with valuable years of experience from Nigeria getting jobs outside the UK. I know of one that got employed in one of thr Scandinavian countries and one an engineer in London although he didn't get a job for almost 8 months but with time he got what aligns with his profession.

So its a matter of time. Patients is highly needed in this japa stuff

Winter says hello. No worry by November December con dey pay 100£ and 500£ for house when it is not a council house. Are U living in the village ni. U never dey pay tax now. I work 45 hrs and my wife work 45hrs..

There are area in UK where rents are cheap and this are off city center. And we are in winter already although i don't have to explain to you. You could believe or not believe. House rent dont increase by winter or summer. If you have a pay as you go on gas then it will increase but if u negotiate with the gas people when setting ur account let them know u are a student working on part time.. Thats what i did and they reduced my fee and its static irrespective of what i use

I agree with everything said on the thread but the boldened. Our problems comes from getting back to democracy in 1999. Naira against $ was stable at less than N22 for years until Obasanjo came in in 1999. Go check the history.

Obasanjo came in, saw only 4.99 billion dollars Abacha left. The saved over 50 billion dollars plus. Paid over 12 billion to paris club and got our debt profile cleaned again.
