Crime / Re: Contractor Accuses Works Ministry Of Inflating Project From ₦‎9 To ₦‎54 Billion by fastseo: 9:01am On Sep 09, 2023
badoh:

You see the implications of putting inexperienced people to man sensitive ministries and positions. You put Engr to head health ministry, lawyer to head work ministry, Medical Doctor to head solid minerals. How would you get result and stop monumental corruption from the civil servant to a naive minister who doesn't know how things work.

all this incompetence are what is making Nigerians suffer. makes the naira to fall.
the mismanagement of the economy and if you ask the Buhari he will say he didn't know.
they appoint whoever they wish because the person helped them rigged elections.
from the federal to state level.. they are same and this is why Nigeria will hardly move forward.

how can they award just one road for 51 billion when 14 billion will complete same road. this is just one road.

that's why you see bad road everywhere in the country..

watch how they will sidelined the contractor that exposed the scam. this contract will be his last
Crime / Re: Contractor Accuses Works Ministry Of Inflating Project From ₦‎9 To ₦‎54 Billion by fastseo: 7:46am On Sep 09, 2023

they have their online touts like yarimo here defending them every minute.
padded budget, inflated budget etc legacy of APC.

omofranyoung:
This has nothing to do with political affiliation. But a case of the level of corruption going on in the various ministries.

see what a full grown man wrote.

who was the minister of works? aren't they supposed to know the average amount it cost to build such kilometres of road? when it was inflated 500% times the minister of works should be aware.
you want to build a 3 bedroom apartment and someone ask you to bring 100 million and u rush to bring it

the past minister of works should be called to explain

same thing is happening in enugu/port harcourt road that they couldn't complete for 8 good years.

recently the new minister stopped a road construction the Eastern part due to inflated contracts.

The same INEC..
The same Election..
Supposedly the same laws.

Yet, different situations in different polling units.

..
Sheey you said that you guys guarded your votes,, then tell me..
When did you see the photo of your polling unit result for the Senate and House of Reps on the IREV.??
Was it instantly.??
Or later on that same day.??
Or some few days later?

If you can go to the bank and use just ur fingerprints and obtain money from ur account.. then inec have no excuse not to implement what it said n promised.

what's there actually self. is it not to create a database and few integration and few lines of codes, then artificial intelligence...

Data Collection, Data Preprocessing, Feature Extraction using OpenCV, FingerJetFX SDK or even matlab... etc
Model Building and training ur model.

Am actually doing data science now and am telling u nothing is there.

But they collected over billions of naira and telling us glitch.

thunder kee them there

BluntCrazeMan:

Let me tell you something that happened right in front of my eyes on that day. (25th Feb 2023).

The INEC Officers were not having network.
They said that they were using HI-SPEED-Glo..
I had to share my MTN Wi-fi, and it was used to “Export” the Data from the BVAS Device.
And it wrote “Successful” right in front of my eyes.

But then, I continued reloading the IREV Portal,, none of the results came up.

I asked him what happened, and why was it that the results he just snapped and exported didn't show on the IREV..

[b]They said that the RATECH at the ward will help them do it.. But we refused.. We later allowed them to leave the place. Luckily for us, the results came up on the IREV around 5am the next day., and it was exactly as we had it snapped in the Polling-unit..

Up till now (this very moment),, SOME OF THE POLLING UNIT RESULTS FOR THE SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPS ARE STILL MISSING ON THE IREV PORTAL. THEY HAD NOT BEEN UPLOADED TO THE PORTAL UP TILL NOW..
Therefore, the glitch also affected the Senate and HOR elections too..
And this is me telling you my personal experience.. (Not some things I heard from the news)

The same thing happened 3 weeks later during the State House of Assemblies Election..

We even had to force the INEC officials to stay back and call the RATECH to come there and do the uploading of photos to the IREV in front of us.
In the end, other photos from other polling units started appearing. The officials said that those people whose results are appearing are already at the ward center, and that is where the RATECH is.. So we allowed them to leave, and after some few hours, the photo of the result sheet appeared on the IREV..

MEANWHILE,, Some few polling units do not have the photos of their results sheets on the IREV up till this very moment..
(That is for House of Assemblies ooo..,, after the INEC promised that the “glitch” will not happen again).

That's ur polling unit... am saying here it was uploaded successfully and across various states.... only the presidential refused to be uploaded online.

BluntCrazeMan:

Who said so??

There are Thousands of Petitions at the tribunals for the Governorship, House of Assemblies, Senate, and House of Reps elections...
And most of them are all challenging both the results and the process which produced such results..

**(Peter Obi was even lenient enough to be challenging only the process, without challenging the result itself).

I said result of Senate was uploaded that day on the polling unit across.

did u vote n waited till midnight in ur unit? or u went home to sleep refusing to guard ur vote

in my unit.. the validation of voters was done electronically and smoothly. Senate and house of assembly results went sharply but presidential could not be uploaded.

also in governorship result was transmitted.

The INEC actually confessed that their technology had not reached that level yet.

So, let us bear with them, and cope with the one they can truly afford,, and then, try and make the best out of it.

but it worked for governorship, senate smoothly without any problems.

you are using a state to compare a country. And mind tinubu don't have ministers in place to do any project. The minister were just sworn in last month.
Am not defending tinubu but no one could achieve those things you mentioned under three months.
grin federal that takes over 52% and gives 36 states and local government the rest?
well how much has the federal government saved from the subsidy so far? for this past months?

let's be sincere, he cannot achieve all this in 100 days.
I didn't vote for tinubu

in abia for example, about 5 roads has been constructed... this is a first start.

How many has been done since May 29th?

if Buhari can't achieve all those listed in 8 years.... tinubu can't achieve it in another 8 years. cos they are same or Buhari was even more better.

check back this post in 6 years to come from now.
Politics / Re: 100 Days In Office: Tinubu’s On Right Track — Adedeji by fastseo: 12:43pm On Sep 02, 2023
you are not the one to tell us

let's see the indices,

how many jobs has been created so far?
How many kilometres federal roads has been built?
how has insecurity decreased?
How has the Naira appreciated? cos a weak and under performing naira is an indicator that the economy is sick.
how has the real sector of the economy fair so far. are they under threat? cos they are the livewire of the economy not the money sector.

You have removed subsidy, how much has been saved so far? and what are the plans to use those money saved to build refineries. we don't want rehabilitation of scrap.
war torn Libya today... a litter of fuel is 0.31 $ which is 235 naira. they have a strong currency.

How does one man justify the thousands of privileges given to ibos in yoruba land?

Let's see thousands of land bought by many yorubas in the east or shut the hell up.

What is privileges? did you give them for free? do you know how much they invested in millions of naira in those properties?

bottom line is that no one has ever stopped a yoruba man from doing business or buying properties in the Eastern region.

See tribalistic bigots complaining about others, and yet you're allowed to own houses and walk freely in a yoruba land, same can never happen in your region.

that's ur brother buying and building houses in East here.

currently I have a land for 7 million for sale in a choice area in imo state.
if you offered me money now I won't collect? for what? because u are a yoruba man? Is that not madness

You ibos have always been the tribal bigot, one yoruba man doesn't justify anything, equalise all the positions given to you ibos in the west, something we've been doing for years, you just started this year yet want to use that as a yardstick, equalise same in your region cos you will never get more, we now know better.

see how terrible tribalism can be?

you asked and I gave you a link u said its not justifiable.

this year election proves it.

In 1999 and 2003 when a Yoruba came out... the east supported him forgetting their brother who was also contesting for same position.
because we knew Obasanjo was fit and was best for everyone.

see what played out last election...?

electing someone who has questionable character and now hope u are cashing out from his policy?
