I'm not talking of "growing" of income here, we're talking expenses.

I'm simply telling you if someone hand over 30m to you today as a family man and said this is the only money you're getting for a whole year... I'm putting it to you that by the end of one year you won't have a million naira left.
That's the reason no reason person should entrust 100k into ur hand

It's not about poverty just say can 30 millionaire give you a live of luxury. You just want to be wasteful. Who told you that 30 millionaire will not give you all that. They are standard and quality life you can still have. They are good places you can live. You can eat healthy with that money. Your children can go to nice school with it. Do you want to give birth to community.
You think out of the box. Get an inverter. They are people living well without such an amount. They use that amount to live below their means. It's people who are not yet earning some level of money right now that comes with unnecessary expectations that think this way. You can plan even a vacation once or twice a year.
30 millionaire means you are earning 2.5 millionaire monthly. And you are there talking about poverty you are not just serious at all. Many people are building houses without earning such.
You guys go just come online to impress who with fantasy.

Oga pls this has nothing to see money or no see money, 30m naira can take care of the financial needs of a family of 4 in Lagos.
A three bed apartment can be gotten for 300k a month or 3.6m naira a year.
What percentage of the income has gone for rent? the answer is 12%

In Germany the average pension is 1,500 euros per month which is equivalent to 2.5m naira.
A one bed or studio apartment will cost about 600 euros. Gas and Electricity about 60 euros
Percentage of rental cost from income is 44% and the pensioner is living on what is left of the income.
Food cost more in Germany, petrol cost more, many other items cost more also in Germany.

How much is a 50kg bag of rice in Naija?, how much is a life chicken ?, how much is a crate of eggs.
Don`t send kids to overpriced private schools.
30m per annum is enough money for a 4 head family to live on in Nigeria.
Must he leaves in. Lagos. I have a friend doing transport in Lagos and stays around ogun state each morning he comes do his business and go home. He pays less than 600 per year on rent and he said he makes 400k per month aside expenses.

The person was assisted with one million naira. That one million naira can not possibly be all the capital that he is working with. Someone that saved six million naira a year has capital not less than ten to fifteen million naira in his business. Probably more
I said years ago and its precisely 4 years ago . I didn't say 1m to raise 6m in one year.

Business need consistency and the 6m profit is aside profit made from two years ago, 3 years ago.. Just last year i am referring to.

U talk about working capital. That i don't know but the business doesn't demand that amount.

There are many businesses u can enter today that if done properly and within years if successful wilm yield that. Just know ur terrain, learn or serve those into the business for 6 months etc. Get a good location and u are good to go.

People if trusted can offer goods on credit worth 5 to 10m just one person but u have to build trust over years.. You can become even a distributor of a particular brand and if seen trusted and ur turnover is high in few days they could alone give u goods worth 20m

That's why i called u richman.

U are dreaming the life of Atiku and peter obi..

It took them years to build that and get to that level.

And secondly for you to have risen to that level in whatever u do to earn that much... Then u should have thought about getting a moderate 3 bedroom apartment of urs to eliminate rznts.

You mentioned 10m to sort school fees for your kids. I believe there are schools that teach well that one could get below 150k per term or max 200k as rich man u be. Even here in United Kingdom we still look for private teachers to teach our children although the white no send and government school is free.

My main concerns about Nigeria is just the insecurity .. Once that is tackled and inflation calm down through introduction of controlled subsidy via local refinery with aim to male fuem sell 400 per litter things will bounce back.

I am in the uk and working my ass out.. Honestly house rent, electricity, gas alone takes 50% of my monthly expenses.

I earn 1.8k pounds aftet tax per month then am left with less than 1k from there u remove other local council taxes, food, transport, other little expenses like phone bill at the end u get savings of less than 500.

And i didn't leave large as u described above cos that's luxuriy here aside electricity, security. The rest u mentioned is luxury.

If u can't survive in Nigeria with 1300 pounds per month then u can't survive in UK and save with 2k per month.

Well true Christians don't do harvest nor first fruit neither do we sow seeds using material things in the congregation. undecided
Harvest or thanksgiving are done by all pentecostal churches... Redeem, mfm etc.

First fruit are done by them likewise.

Jesus never established Christianity base on gift items it's about the message of God's Kingdom which has nothing to do with worldly things.
Do those people know what to do when politics and racism comes to play?
Do they know and believe that they have to remain loyal to their fellow believers not raising weapons to fight their fellow worshipers?

Gifts may seem like friendship or love but it's not what Jesus taught us! 1Corinthans 13:1-3
But while in Nigeria you gave harvest by December right

And by January u will do first fruit.. All ur salary as first fruit.

Then seed sowing, then monthly tithes and offerings.

Secondly, almost all mega churches has universities in which the price members can't even send their ward to. They also have secondary schools which are the most expensive.

All that big GO have private jets, limousine and all types of expensive cars ane mansion.

Are all this Christ like?

Examine all Nigerian big churches in UK they always run into problems with authorities as they often refused their accounts to be cross examined because they are non profit organisation.

Are you a Christian truly? Your statement against the Nigerian Christian Community is not truthful. Maybe, it's the Christian community you belong to...and a question to you is what has been your own contribution to the community since January till December? I have heard a lot of testimonies from Nigerians who relocated to the UK of the warm and friendly reception and support received from Nigerian Christian communities.

Some so-called Christian expects so much from the "church" without any sense of responsibility towards the church's finances. Does the church have a factory or industry that gives it money? NO!

Every individual is the "church" and is expected to contribute his/her quota to the church by voluntary giving, and faithful payment of tithes and offerings from which the church have to give also.

The mindset behind giving to and by the church is God-centred and not self-centred.

Merry Christmas 🎄🎁
Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. Get connected to Him sincerely. 2026 promises to be great.
While in Nigeria i know how many pastors i placed on salary. Infact there are months 200 to 300k goes out from me to charity with an average of 200k dedicated to charities. Please note that this was when Naira had value. A bag of rice then was below 35k...

When i came to the uk i could remember how we had our baby here in uk inform the church via pastor immediately at hospital n non shown up for almost a week.
When they knew we were new immigrants they showed less concern or concerns with caution as if u need immigration assistance from thm.

Was it the issue when i needed the church assistant to secure accommodation when i arrived because i needed a guarantor but they declined. Mind u i hsd over 5 months rent upfront.

Was it about job? Nothing of such. They preach one n do opposite

Yes, we spoke out against a unilateral air strike in order to protect the territorial integrity of Nigeria. Honestly, it feels like most people dragging Nigerian churches haven't actually experienced the good ones. I have to give credit where it's due—back when I was a regular at RCCG, they were consistent with sharing hamper with food items, and Christ Embassy does the same. Many churches even distributed bags of rice and other food items this Christmas. Just because your local branch didn’t show up for you doesn't mean others aren't doing the work.

my question is, what is the population of that church.

This is the very firdt time am going to church in my life and i received such gifts.

Our Nigerian Christian community don't practicalise love
By January they will call for first fruit... That's all ur salaries.
Remember this December they called for thanksgiving where members will bring or empty their purse.
Then we talk about tithe and offering
And unending seed sowing.

So i was excited to share to show love still exists in Christian communities.

my question is, what is the population of that church.

with you asking people to stay off it's obvious you are targeting the Nigerian churches.

you are contradicting yourself with the bolded there. first time of attending a church "in your life", yet you are dissecting a church inside out?

beside you don't know the church like you claim. you only judge the church based on hearsay, the general judgemental opinion of those that are positioned to bring down the church. I'm not saying all churches are good but backlash against Christianity for no reason is out of it.

I'm not against what ever the charity out there, good thing to do and I love it. as a people (Nigerians) are too entitled, even when can afford it, we still want it for free even at the expense of those that really needs it.

they won't rather they will whimp, they don't pay tithe, those paying aren't complaining, even the one individual that can't explain what church is would scream the loudest.

you wey nobi MUGU, as soon as you carry headache cause of some MU-MU, your MUGU na him worse pass. you said west fine the law in Nigeria does not register church as charity but religious organizations only that dey enjoy tax exemption like the NGOs. not until recently the west in particular UK don't scrutinise church account.

the case Matthew Ashimolowo wasn't of embezzlement (verify your claim,) his church was investigated and found clean but his success was his problem with UK government. they wanted to kill his investment as such he relocated everything back to Nigeria, mind his source of wealth was back home.

I no drop quote o, na fact o. mind you I nobi pastor, I just believe in the existence of God and a must to serve Him, irrespective of people actions and inactions. the truth is people don't know the church like they claim. if you want us to talk more on this, we might get engaged.
Please i have been attending church as i am a practical Christian in Nigeria and away but what i meant is that even here i got stucked with Nigerian churches because they all have branches here like Redeem, deeper life, christ embassy etc
