Justice Chukwujeku Aneke of the
Federal High Court Lagos today
struck out the suit filed against
Multichoice Nigeria, owners of DSTV
by two subscribers over the 20%
increase in subscription. Justice Aneke in his ruling, said the
plaintiffs who are both lawyers and
subscribers of DSTV had no
obligation to continue using the
service of Multichoice after they
increase their charges. He described their suit as abuse of court
proceedings.

One time Nollywood actor Ernest Azuzu has reportedly hit hard times. The movie celebrity and aspiring rapper was reportedly seen on Sunday, May 25, 2015, at Shop Rite in Surulere. According to the report, Ernest Azuzu who was once one of the biggest actors in Nigeria, was seen begging for money. It was also said that he was wearing a pair of bathroom slippers, Manchester United jersey, and blue jeans. According to Daily Independent, Azuzu suffered from stroke not too long ago. "I was in LASUTH for two months, three days and for that long, nobody from Nollywood, not even Ibinabo Fiberesima, visited me. And she heard that I was admitted there. My friends told her that I was down with stroke and she pretended as if she didn’t hear. It’s not fair. I’m a human being too" he said. “I am limping right now, because I
have stroke. I am limping because my
people don’t care. I’m limping
because the industry is already
messed up. I don’t know what
Ibinabo is doing. Ibinabo is just gallivanting. She is having fun and
that is not the reason we put her
there. She should go out there and

Apart from getting scholarships in
school, President Jonathan became
a deputy governor, governor, vice
president and president by the
grace of God. And today at the
Anglican church thanksgiving, he said he was ready to pay the
supreme price for Nigeria with all
the benefits he has derived from the
country right from his school days.

I became the president of

into this country. They were
very costly decisions which I
myself must be ready to pay for. Some people come to me and
say this or that person is he
not your friend that
benefited. Is it not your
government that this person
benefited from? But this is what the person is saying. But
I used to say worse
statements will come. If you
take certain decisions, you
should know that those close
to you will even abandon you at some point. And I tell them
that more of my so-called
friends will disappear.”
