I am trying to use your CICO theory, since I have lost faith in POs PPs. But one thing you are not saying is that to use this tactics you must put in substantial amount of money in that stock. Once I get in on any stock I am automatically at a minus of 5.28% (buy and sell) thanks for my broker. So to make a tangible gain I must shoot for 20% after Broker fees. And in general that is not a short term thing, Am i right Baba? Loving this thread!!!

Ah if 20% no be short term wetin come be short term. 20-25%% wen full ground.
But short term for me na 0-3 months(and everything in between). Everything in between fit be 1 week oh,2week oh,2month oh,but e no dey pass 3month most times.As far as my money correct within that period.

Patient with Afribank. I think its coming close to make its rise. From the way it was loosing 5% daily since after TS was lifted.I expected it would shed all the weight by monday,but it didn't.Its trying to shed that 5% weight it was suppose to shed on monday in small fractions.If it falls tomorrow again,i think that will be its last fall for this week. They won't even want the price of the stock to fall below offer price.That na psychological disaster.
If it falls tomorrow again,i think it should support itself there.

There isn't much you can do about Transcorp now.But for the sake of money not tied down for too long, you could sell Transcorp when it enters into the N3 plus price range.Don't know exactly when you'll do this,but let us know on the forum wen you do.The opportunities available at the time you sell,we go let you know.

By that time Wapco go don dey announce Q1 08 results.
IBTC chartered is still a good one BUT NOT NOW, only after it completes its descent hopefully by month end or early feb.
NBC is still looking excellently cheap at current prices now.
7up also in the food/Beverage sector is another good one,6 and 9 months are not out yet for it.
If you can get Unilever that will be ok over the next two months.

It'll need to fall a little bit more before rising.
Its the same way the market reacted to Unilever 9 months.
There was no quick reaction.The price then had somehow anticipated it, it needed a correction to N19.90 after two weeks
before rising back to N23. The indicators did not agree at that time.

@ All, I checked nsepro.com , Zenith Securities and my FSDH daily report. All have diff sets of closing prices. If u look at UBA, u'll see that the # of deals (and volumes) increases as you cycle through nsepro, FSDH and ZSL in that order. It seems the previous 2 rushed reports to clients and did not capture the final few deals that ZSL did. Which brings me to my question; isn't there a daily official list from which all floor members extract the final numbers that we see? Is there no way for the NSE to ensure uniformity of numbers?

Those two are good. TRW is another case entirely. They can release result by 1pm but some of it is highly in accurate. E be like na GSM person take dey tell dem closing prices from the floor. N19.06 dem go type N19.60.
