@ All what looks good to buy rite now
Be like you don carry your chequebook again. Just wait till tomorrow.Anything dey happen between Mon-Wed.
But if you really wan buy, tell your broker make e still get you access tomorrow if it falls.I expected a fall last friday, but some forces intervened.I expect it to support itself around a good fall tomorrow(hopefully if nobody runs at it again).
Oceanic has not finished suffering for its SINS yet. When e cry finish you can start petting it towards Q2.

Meanwhile make we just dey trade insurance.I dey here when Mutual benefit release lower PAT in Dec. compared to 06' at N3.66, now e go N4.44 come down and e dey go back up.
i still hear of Niger bad report, niger no listen,e still rise to N6.70.
Fashy matter just trade the insurance, take your money and run.
I bought lasaco on friday last week, like i said earlier, don't plan too stay too long and before the week is over,i go don see money for my family holiday this year.
Insurance is generally moving into stabilization stage now.

@ Father of 2,

What is your take on the folowing and If you have 1.1m to invest this week how will you distribute it.

1. Oceanic Bank Plc
2. First Bank Plc
3. FCMB
4. Fidelity Bank
5. Deap Capital.

Peace.
Re-present the money on wednesday for slicing.Everybody settles down over weekends to see what has happened during the week on NSE and you see dem buy buy on Monday.
Wait till the last two days of the week.Watch Monday -Wednesday,then we slice the money.

CHO: Babaof2,

Please what do you say about the following stock

Equity Assurance
Fedelity
Lasaco at the current price
Nem.

Please guide us that are still trading with "milkteeth" . I am waiting to hear from you
Lasaco was good on friday and was still good yesterday, but getting it when its starts running is always the problem. You need to learn to be a step ahead.
My advice to you, leave it,more opportunitines will reappear before friday again.
You don see where dem open door make passenger enter as train dey move.WHO GO INJURE. huh

upward: Oga pumping, welldone-o,
I sent in a bid for LASACO today at 3.75, but my broker was not able to get.
The problem with trying to set price limit for bokers is that you will continue to miss out on that stock.Remember you're not on the floor with them oh.
Only buy when others are selling. Then you have the power to dictate the price to buy.
If you wan sell your picasso painting,no be the person wen bring the highest money you go give.
Na wen you no get money and you wan sell your old car na e you go accept any price dem gree buy am for your hand.
When you detect a gradual consistent fall on a stock, don't let your mandate expire on one day alone.Tell him to continue to target your fall set price until he gets it even if there is a temporary one day rise.

As per fidelity,the strike approacheth.

Fidelity, is it good idea to sell now or wait for the price to rise?,
, C&I leasing, is it a good time to buy ?

They're all very fine thankyou. Hope yours are ok too.
Hold your fidelity. 6 months is not out yet.

As we're just entering the year end for C&I leasing.
Its entering into the period where it becomes a stock to CICO-cycle in and cycle out
until full year.Just like vitafoam since september.
Its a good buy for tomorrow if it falls tomorrow.

NEM
UNIC
FCMB
AG Leventis
C& I Leasing
I'll chose FCMB there, but instruct your broker you want it below N19.
Insurance will soon stabilize and remember their offers will soon be popping up. Beware of TS.

@ Bay1970

I think you've gotten good responses.but you can add PZ too.Its just above mark down price. They won't be crediting that last bonus at this price, make e no go down too much.It needs to rise before that happens. Its 6 months is due anytime soon.

i bought wapic at 8naira. and its curently 11.do u think its a good idea to sell or wait for the next result
Like i said in one of my posts last week. My magic days are always thursdays and Fridays.
I've already taken out my WAPIC profit.I bought too at N8.oo.I reinvested it in Lasaco the very next day(friday).
I expected that to be one of Lasaco's last loosing days to get it cheap.
I never allow my money to be idle. They must show me more money weekly.
Also i won't stay too long in it though.I don't expect another 3week insurance bull.
They're all moving into stabilization stage.

@Father of 2

Am an avid fan of yours and a keen follower of the NSE
I want to try and follow your school
I want to like invest maybe 10 or 20k (or how much do u recommend) in Penny stocks, maybe Insurance coys and be using your mode of profit taking
You could also advise me in which stocks to take a position in, I want to try this and see how much I can make at the end of the year
Would love to hear from u
Hmmm, that 20k small oh.And penny no dey stock again oh.All of them are growing into naira stocks.
What i would do is to buy FCMB say by monday or tuesday, but tell my broker i want FCMB at about N18 plus small. Not higher.
Why are you doing this you may ask.
1. The banks Q2 was very good.
2. The bank's 9 months ends this January, so Q3 release going by UBA,oceanic, zenith fast response last week could be in Feb/early march.
3. Expect similar good performance for Q3 and this will be the trigger.
4. As you're already in position, you'll rise with the price. I expect at least N25(normal)-N27(when you add market sentiment) for that stock from 9months - FY.

Hmmm, UACN is cheap no doubt, what with a forward PE of <18. But at the current price, I don't see too much upside for the stock (i.e. if one wants to trade oh). Also, they've done an interim dividend of 50k so the final payout may not be too enticing to lift the share price that much. Besides, results won't be out until late April at the earliest, So Unilever will most likely rally before this one. For Unilever, the coy has been in the doldrums and with the turnaround this year, they're definitely going to do something relatively good for the shareholders. So that anticipation will give a better upside than UACN. That's my take though, and it may be completely wrong but then again, it may be absolutely right cheesy cheesy

Na unilever jo!

But that your question hard small. The company has turned around but is still quite expensive. Me ordered in December at 19.5 and will be looking to sell at 26 or thereabout, which is where I think it might peak out. But the stock seems to still be taking a beating, so whether or not time don reach will depend on the returns you're looking to make. If you're happy with 10 or 15% return, then I'ld say maybe next week would be a good time to enter when it bottoms out from the current downward trend. Results will be out in March, so rally might start toward Feb. ending. Over to you!
Why you no say UACN. huh

@ BLOW007

3-6months is not long term oh. 3 na short for me. 6 na medium. Long na from 1year to wen your first pikin born.

Split your N2m into 3 places. N700K,N700K and N600k.

Put N700k into 1st bank on Monday.
next N700k will be directed to one bank which i will tell you in 3weeks wen its due.
next N600k i will advice you put in one Conglomerate very shortly(like 1 week or 2 as month one end).its not LEVENTIS OH.I'll inform you.

Just send reminder here in case we forget.

Am thinking with the result of PHB after this initial profit taking rally. when the price drops it might be a good candidtate to reenter while awaiting more results as the PO shares will not be listed for a while. If oceanic should hit 25, i think it is another must enter for the medium term.

Like ololufemi said, go and buy PHB grin grin
