1.Diamond just dey open e door one more time. E be like dem fit announce this week or next.
2.FCMB dey do the same thing.
3. As per this number 3, there is no better way to guaranttee profits from a stock than a stock which has just been marked down for bonus.
  It works ALL THE TIME.When DEAP CAPITAL has finished a fall of at least 20% from today's marked down price. Fire that stock with all cylinders.
  This will be the case with every stock that gives out bonus this year,if you miss the bonus train,you're sure to make money from the mark down train.
4.  @dbenzd,  RT Briscoe is called a Ranging Stock. It stays within tight trading limits for long periods until when the real action starts very close to    
   announcement. It will present itself again,but target a day people are selling. That stock no get water (illiquid),so na wen people dey sell you MUST BUY.
5.  Three other stocks _{to be named later} are beating a hasty retreat since yesterday that will make dem very good for friday reentry.

what is good is good and what is not good is very bad. i am an investor, chikena. long term, short term, all that is splitting hairs. i stongly believe in the learning thats involved in the investing process and like a seed, any investment needs time to grow and take root. pull it out too early and it dies.

i believe investments such as these that we have here should be long term. i'm sure u've noticed my posts where i said these sugggestions were for short term traders and that i choose buy points using TA (who said TA was for short termers anyway) for fundamentally sound companies. i do not trade daily frankly because i don't have the time or energy to monitor minute by minute plays on the NSE like a trader should.

What do you have to say about PZ??Thinking of exiting after reasonable gains, but the buyers seem to still be in control (at least on full bid as at Friday)

Upward PZ now stands at about 20% profit since that result came out when there were some worries that day. Like i said, I BUY wen i see what i want to see. Today is monday. Anything happens on Mondays. Lets see the momentum till about wednesday for PZ. If it continues, then this week will be an excellent exit for PZ.I'm looking between N31-N32.83 for an exit. Some people have just been credited with the bonus of last year and the price needs to get to at least N33 to absorb the shock of the selling that will follow this.Then one can reenter after the storm will be over.This would be around 9months results time.

On IEI, the way i see am na like this.
Though they have reconstructed, total value remains the same, shares reduce but price goes up to balance up.
Right now all the insurance stocks are in record territory.They've almost  ALL beaten their previous year highs, except IEI in relative terms.
Its previous high was N3.55.It went on TS at N2.06 and came out at N6.12 or so. Now its collegues like Equity, Staco which also have a large volume of outstanding shares are all talking N5 now  but they still haven't reconstructed. IEI did so with 3 for 1. Now its current price is N7.22 which for me translates to N7.22/3= N2.40 (value if recobnstruction did not take place). So i believe it has to reach and breach its previous year high pre- reconstruction, which will now make a fair value of
at least N3.55 * 3= N10.65. Now when we add the sentiment which is currently pervading the insurance sector, i expect it to push to at least N4 * 3= N12.00.

The insurance companies are solely being driven by sentiment,nothing else. They have defied all logic as it stands. At the prices dem dey now, dividends need to be fantastic to meet up. I don't see that happening later on in the year. Another thing i've observed again is that their prices are all in the upper red zone. All my technicalists understand what i mean by upper red zone.If dey go into TS in this zone, they're more likely to descend post TS than to go up,no matter the sentiment.Who knows sef,bears may have woken up then and its first meal is usually the insurance companies.That na why i just dey evacuate every profit wen i dey get fast fast.

I entered Eterna because i wanted to take advantage of opportunities that usually present themselves after BAD NEWS.Enter when everyone has finished
disembarking.I still believe from my calculations that there is at least another N3 to be made from Eterna from yesterday's closing price.It broke through psychological friday on a bullish note.I took out some 25% profit earlier,but my balance is still yielding more.
Right now one top guy on my list last friday is CCNN. I entered it after all panic selling from the importation bad news was complete.Now i'm waiting for institutional investors to come and pick me up.Air Larfage will also have an effect on this guy ccnn.There're many to choose.I concentrate more on the Loosers chart daily for analysis.

If you recall,peeps were worried that GTB was looking like it wouldn't be able to meet its Full year PAT expectations based on its slow progress seen at Q3 result.

I think it was @WanajO who allayed fears by pointing out a predictable trend:GTB,usually makes 50% of their full-year PAT at Q4 alone !

I responded that GDR will affect nothin on Diamond. So we can see how far Diamond has gone now. If you bought at N18 in December while some were
worried about GDR, you would have at least been 28% richer two weeks ago and still be 22% richer now.
GDR's effect on GTB last year was much later and minimal. GTB lost ground after the Bonus was credited.
FCMB is still in its safe zone right now.That safe zone for me was N19,but as each day ticks away,its leaving safe zone.

 For you specially. I would strongly recommend FCMB right now.It has bottomed out.
The banks are towin a new line now.Very quick releases.I'm strongly of the opinion FCMB will follow others for its 9months.
I'm expecting at least N23 for that stock. I've doubled my stake in it since the last CICO some weeks ago.
I'm currently waiting for IBTC to complete its descent in at least one half to two weeks max.

Thomas wyatt,i've not really done any business with that stock.BUT I STRONGLY WILL NOT ADVICE YOU TO GO THERE.IT'S NOT SAFE.I'm assuming you seem to want to go there for long term reasons and because it looks pennyish.If you want to do any longterm,put it in a safe place.Like i've always said, I LOVE BANKS,thats the only place that can absorb big money.You can place your tent in Afribank Now.It bottomed out last week as expected.Forget that its not pennyish,its your percentage gain that matters.

  Same applies above. Well Unilever could have been ok sha,but it has already gained 10% since two fridays ago when i expected BLOW007 should have gotten it.
 Meanwhile BLOW007 did you still get GTB last week. That was the 3rd stock i expected you to use your last N600K on from the breakdown.
I'm also liking CCNN. I believe wapco's sentiment may rub off on it ,if wapco announces in early march. Besides that CCNN is quite cheap too now.
Diamond needs a slight descent and stabilization around the N21 axis for good reentry in a few weeks as we approach the Q3 for that stock.
 Just tell your ogas to pay you your February salary before the end of Febraury so u can take advantage.

easimoni: The thing baffle me no be small. I bought small at 7.50 thinking it'd take 2-3 months to RORO/CICO/GIGO (do I sense Fo2 smirking, saying "this fundamentalist dey CICO?". Now, 6 wks l8r, I'm about to pull the trigger. I don't think the 200+% PAT growth rate is sustainable (revenue is growing at 70%) and therefore a forward PE of 40 is not justifiable (my opinion)
