It very possible dear....it all about water therapy, drink much of it in the morning afternoon and night. I usually wake up around 5am, i drink half litre of eva bottle water(even clean tap water will do) before it 6am i drink a little bit more depending on how hard the food you ate all through the day were. Then b4 6:30am am already stooling.


It cool when you stool every morning... It keeps you in a good state of mind even in the office.


Water is simply the cure to many ailments, drink as if ur life depends on it.

Drink a cup of coffee as soon as you wake up it is a great laxative and will make you stool right away. I do that every morning before work cause I hate using public restrooms.

1. Drink enough water to clean you system

2. Reduce the amount of chunk food you consume daily

3. Make sure you eat in proportion to the amount of work you do, that's if you occupations are mainly indoors, eat less

4. Make sure you stool every morning after drinking water

5. Make sure you are happy everyday

6. Pray always which shows that you are really happy.

you're very correct. Most guys want to be rich just to impress cheap girls. I want to be rich to be able take care of my lovely mom who has suffered a lot for me and my siblings, my dad who invested in me and also to put a smile on the faces of those who don't have. That's my aim of wanting to be rich.
