Things I found out in Sweden.

• I paid commission to exchange my US dollars to Swedish krone! Foreign currency is actually not craved for here like we do in Africa

• Everyone is helpful, nice & kind. Can give up their food for you. Their social welfare system is the best in the world.

• It's a totally cashless economy here. Yes, you actually dont need a paper money. Everything is digitalized including buying anything!

• Everyone works. The bills are crazy so any krones is needed. The Swedes are naturally, big, brawny, smart and strong. So working hard is never a problem.

* Work resumes by 10 am here due to weather changes. I mean formal jobs, not non skilled jobs.

• During summer, the sun doesn't go down. Meaning, there's no night. You can get sick due to body adopting these time changes. My first night i Stockholm, i slept around 1am without knowing its that late.

• Its really stable here. Count your self lucky like me if you have access to Sweden, it takes a lot to get their papers! Their paper can straighten out some shits in your life. I am a testimony.

• Stockholm is an idea City to raise up a child as everything is cool, lovely and good! World class primary & secondary schooling FREE.

• Crime rate is really low. Yahoo, fraud or other social vices can not work here. You will be caught easily as there are traits to everything you do

• Swedes are normally thieves, they are the original Vikings or sea faring thieves of past, so to curb that natural trait to steal, the government has done a lot to ensure everything can be tranced, this gave rise to a cashless, contactless economy that has proved to very efficient! In order words, it has made the Swedes to be law abiding because off what use is it to steal when you know you will be caught? Well, their prison is better than most average homes in Africa!

• Transportation is relatively fixed. For 3.9$ (39SEK) you can get a ride on the bullet train to anywhere in Stockholm for 75minutes. No other fee applies.

• Beside Rent, food, anyone can survive in Stockholm without much of a deal! With a Salary of $3000 per month, you'd live like a king! Especially if you work remotely!

• You don't really need public transport/a car to move around city, except you are hopping from one island to another. A scooter or bicycle would be more helpful!

• Swedes are Innovative, they have customized bicycles to various roles in the house, or work.

• I prefer living in Stockholm than anywhere in USA or Canada.

• The gap between rich and poor is low compared to France or UK. Here the richest man might be that fellow riding an electric scooter, or drinking low beer with you in the pub.

• Most houses in Stockholm do not have physical keys... They use codes type into the door to open. So if you have no business there, you gat no reason

• Almost everyone drives a bicycle, or scooter to move from one place to another.

• Sweden is really expensive to live in, but has one of the highest quality of life you can imagine.

• Everyone drink tap water. It's squeaky clean & safe. pH value is almost 7.0 on the dot!

• I met several Nigerians, most of them left Italy to reside here. They're always preferred before other African nationalities.

• Nigerians here, as in Kigali keep the law.
Can I move with study route easily

The Igbos are unarguably the most successful tribe in Nigeria wether you wanna agree with that or not doesn't matter.. they've been buying up lands in Lagos and it will continue this way till Yoruba stop asslicking Tinubu and his family that has impoverished their lives for years .
Funny post...when you are successful, you don't brag

Northern people don't brag, they are quiet spender of money. They don't make noise at all..

When you are rich, you are rich and when you are successful, your success will speak for you.

OfoIgbo:
One thing this guy doesn't know is that, if Anambra people move in droves to the south east, it will affect the population of Lagos to an extent, which reduces the huge market that Lagos is.
If the other south easterners relocate to the south east, it will further reduce the market pull of Lagos, thus making it less lucrative for business establishments to set up.

If the SSners in Lagos also move their businesses to the SS, Lagos will immediately revert to Abeokuta, with many federal investments.
The gravitational pull of Lagos, as a business capital will be gone for good.

Of course, we all know the guy is a hireling of Sanwolu and Tinubu, who want to avoid any backlash following the xenophobia and tribalism that has been introduced in the Lagos political arena.

If Anambra people heed the call, it is likely other southeasterners will follow suit.

While I am not a fan of Soludo, following his anti-Obi rants over the past few months, one thing I know is that Soludo will be wise enough to develop a space or a city, possibly even a coastal city at Oseakwa, that can comfortably host a seaport, allowing the traders to bring their goods directly into Anambra.

I haven't seen or read the small prints of the Soludo call, but I will advice that he encourages Anambrarians to move their HQs to the southeast, thus ensuring that quite a good chunk of their tax responsibilities, are paid into the Anambra state government coffers. They can still maintain satellite shops in Lagos.
Let them move first then you will see the plan Lagos will erect. Lagos don't even want branches at all ...

You people think Na only Igbos dey Lagos?

We have hundreds of tribes that wants to displace you guys but no opportunity yet....let them try it first una eyez go clear

PoliticsAn Open Letter To The President Of The Federal Republic Of Nigeria. by fayomim(op): 5:29pm On Jun 25, 2023
AN OPEN LETTER TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA, PRESIDENT BOLA AHMED TINUBU.

I am constrained to write you this open letter. I decided to make it an open letter because the issue is weighty and must be greatly worrisome to all concerned Nigerians both home and abroad. Since the issue is of momentous concerns to all well-meaning Nigerians and all right-thinking Nigerians, it must be of a great concern to you, Mr President and I believe a collective thinking and dialoguing is the best way of finding an appropriate and adequate solution to the problem. The content of this letter should therefore be available to all those who can help in proffering effective solution for the problems of bad or should I say the collapsing state of many Nigeria public hospitals. Mr. President I want you to know that this letter is written by a mother who is going through deep pains in her heart, I know quite okay that by the grace of God Almighty, my daughter will get help but I think its time we need to speak out, it is time to enjoy our civilian right as a law abiding citizen of this country and I know am speaking the minds of all Nigerians especially those of us who are at the mercy of God Almighty. Mr. president, the state of the the public hospitals in Nigeria is nothing to write home about, everyday many citizens of this great country are dying silently due to negligence and non availability of good equipment for their treatment. I have been swallowing this bitter pills for more than four years now and I know that millions of Nigerians are going through this as well. For the past three weeks all I keep getting from the different hospital I have gone to is a referral letter from one hospital to another and from each of these hospitals, different test which cost thousands of naira are asked to be done and the agony of it all is that after going through all the tests, I was left with the small doctors who are not well experienced to interpret most of the test, and the next thing is book us on an appointment to see a consultant who is not always available, they breeze in and out like a thin air, many of them have their own private hospitals and the poor citizens are always at the mercy of this young and inexperienced doctors. Mr president it is time health issue is treated with upmost priority in Nigeria, my daughter needs help, Nigerians needs help. For those of us who cant afford to travel abroad for medical care, the federal government should be kind enough to put all the public hospital in Nigeria into good condition. Is it that as a citizen of Nigeria, we can not enjoy any thing good from the government? There is too much pressure on the citizens and that is the reason why you see many people with stroke at a very tender stage of their life. The issue of good medical care in Nigeria can no longer be ignored, treated with non challance, swept under the carpet, or treated with cuddling glove. The issue is hitting at the foundation of our existence as Nigerians. Mr. President this is a cry for save our soul and I know there are many Nigerians going through this pain, good health facilities is what should be enjoyed by all the citizens of Nigerians, it shouldn't be something we should beg for and more so I pay my tax as at when due. Please sir am begging you for humanity sake and bearing in mind that we all are accountable to God in everything we do to use your good office to address this issue. All hands must be on deck to address this issue, it is the principal responsibility of the president to see to the well being of all the citizens of Nigeria, this is the time we need cohesion and concentration of efforts into improving all the public hospitals in Nigeria.
Most Respectfully submitted, please.
God bless all the citizens of Nigeria
God bless President Bola Ahmed Tinubu
God bless Federal Republic of Nigeria.
