Didier Drogba, Joe Cole and Ricardo Carvalho will all return to the starting line-up against West Ham on Sunday, says manager Carlo Ancelotti.

The Italian is able to welcome his top scorer back after Drogba sat out Wednesday's 2-1 win against Portsmouth, while Cole and Carvalho are back in after being rested in midweek.

'I don't want to change a lot of things about the next game, Carvalho returns to play and I have to take a decision on midfield,' Ancelotti said. 'Mikel or Ballack I want to do recovery and Joe Cole will return to play.

Babayaro Takes Amodu’s List to the Cleaners

The majority of players invited by coach Shaibu Amodu for camping ahead of the 2010 African Cup of Nations have been described as below standard and will not make a successful team in Angola, former youth international Emmanuel Babayaro has decleared. Speaking in an interview with THISDAY in Kaduna yesterday, the former player-turned movie actor said apart from failing to meet the expectations of Nigerians, the list has done a great disservice to home-based players who 'are 100 percent better than some of the foreign based players who play little or no role in their various clubs abroad.'

Babayaro who was in goal when the Golden Eaglets beat Ghana 2-0 to lift the FIFA Under-17 World Cup in Japan in 1993 said he was disappointed just like several Nigerians because Amodu, who went to the national team based on his credentials as a local coach, has misused a big opportunity to inject fresh blood into the team and also boost the rating of the Nigerian Premier League.

"I am disappointed because the same Amodu Shaibu, whose CV is Nigerian and got the national team job based on what he did with local sides like BCC Lions and Shooting Stars, does not believe in the same league that produced him. He now wants only the players who have been trained by the same foreign coaches he said he is better than.
