Re: Manchester City Fan Thread!! by biina: 10:20pm On Dec 06, 2009 |
If Bayern was in the EPL? they would be battling not to get relegated. Bayern is no better than any other EPL team they will be joining in the Europa League. |
Re: Manchester City Fan Thread!! by dayokanu(m): 10:39pm On Dec 06, 2009 |
Hamburg our perenial bitches screwed man City over and over So by using Krayolas deductions Chelsea should be mince meat for both Bayern and Hamburg. Wigan beat Chelsea right? Man utd beat Wigan Chelsea beat Man utd. make your deductions on where Bayern would be. With our Regular bitches like Man Utd and Arsenal, Sure home and away points |

Dayo how can you call someone you never meet your bitsh ? Bayern have been a good UEFA cup team in the last few years-with exception of last season, a competition you normally wouldn't find EPL teams giving much attention to. Europa cup teams have no business with UCL teams ![]() |

To be fair the offensive side of the team is top notch, It's the defensive aspect of their play that leaves them chasing games almost always. |

Manchester City defender Kolo Toure hopes to join Barcelona - report Kolo Toure has instructed his agents to offer his services to Barcelona, according to Cadena Ser. Following several seasons in London with Arsenal, the defender jumped ship with team-mate Emmanuel Adebayor this past summer; making a big money move to Eastlands and Manchester City. Despite City's big spending, things haven't quite gone as planned for boss Mark Hughes so far this season and Toure is said to already be looking for a way out of the club. Kolo's brother, Barcelona midfielder Yaya Toure, has constantly expressed his desire to play in the same team as his older sibling and the feeling seems like it's mutual. Having failed to entice Yaya to Arsenal or City, Kolo is apparently ready to make the move to Spain as soon as the winter transfer window arrives. http://goal.com/en-gb/news/2559/rumours/2009/12/17/1693993/manchester-city-defender-kolo-toure-hopes-to-join-barcelona |

Statement expected from City at 7:30 today, it seems Hughes is about to get the sack and Mancini is being touted as replacement. |

Sparky is getting the boot. Mancini is likely to take over |
Re: Manchester City Fan Thread!! by biina: 6:55pm On Dec 19, 2009 |
The rich usually cant buy patience. I doubt Mancini would be any better though (single club experience outside of EPL), and would have expected them to go for a higher profile coach like hiddink. |

They said he will not carry out his usual post-match duties. . . |
Re: Manchester City Fan Thread!! by jalether(m): 7:03pm On Dec 19, 2009 |
Mark Hughes does not deserve to get the boot, it's a new team that needs time to blend together, should ve been given a chance to complete what he started |
Re: Manchester City Fan Thread!! by Uche2nna(m): 7:07pm On Dec 19, 2009 |
jalether: Ur posts suggest that Hughes got the boot already, ![]() |
Re: Manchester City Fan Thread!! by kosovo(m): 7:17pm On Dec 19, 2009 |
Considering the fact that Man-City won and Man-Utd lost by 3 goals, i think the owners might rethink their decision, they should have learnt from Chelsea. Morhino's sack didn't bring the champions league trophy, Huges needs time to blend the players, i saw the emotions in his face today as he waved good bye, ![]() |
Re: Manchester City Fan Thread!! by biina: 7:20pm On Dec 19, 2009 |
If the aim was a champions league spot, then he is not far off. I expected him to get till the end of the season. Though Hughes didnt do himself any favors with the string of draws and inconsistent performances. |
Re: Manchester City Fan Thread!! by Ibime(m): 7:30pm On Dec 19, 2009 |
Mancini to get 3 and a half year contract. Mark Hughes deserves the boot. Here's why: Kolo Toure - £14m - Unforgivable! Adebayor - £25m - Ade is back to his old lazy self Bellamy - £14m for a 29 year old. Lescott - £24m - what was he smoking? Did he not see Vermaelen, Stephen Taylor or Sebastian Bassong? Roque Santa-Cruz - £20m for a nucca who has only been injury free for one season in the last 9 years? The attempt to sign John Terry for £40m ![]() ![]() ![]() Would you trust this man with transfer funds in January? Its better you sack him now before he wastes more money. |

Rich owners ain't that patient. Ask Roman. |
Re: Manchester City Fan Thread!! by Nobody: 8:02pm On Dec 19, 2009 |
Mark Hughes comes across as cocky. Now this wouldn't be a problem if he was proven. His sack was only a matter of time anyways. |
