@Ibime, that was just one episode. I think Mikel did fine. Yeah sometimes it seems as if he is just jogging back but he did the job required of him. Snuffed out all the attacks today. Compare that to when Ballack was playing DM?
True Mikel has to improve on his speed and passing.
The problem we had today was mostly on the right side of our midfield. Ballack was zero and it got so bad that Ivanovic couldn't make forward runs. The right side was so exposed.

Kalou can be moved to the reserves. Let DS, Borini, Kakuta come on stage. At least we know that we are developing our players.

Joe Cole? Me thinks he just needs to play more and he will be fine. You could see that he was pissed with himself.

Add Dr Kitaun, Jarus and FBS to the shortlist. These are the only guys I have seen their names regularly with good or at least specious arguments over an extended period of time. I have seen others only in the last month, so cannot vouch for a year.

I don't follow, or have ever even visited, the EPL threads, as I hardly give too much of a toss about football that is not Nigerian except I am being shown the highlights or a Nigerian is in the team. So I don't know the contributions of guys like debosky, Sauron, tkb etc that concentrate on those threads in Sports.

From my understanding of human psyche, my advice to you is to set up a polling list at the top as most people are more likely to click on a choice than comment really.
