I don't have any contacts on my phone. I don't know what to do cos I have a lot of important numbers I can't afford to lose. Please help.

You can do it at Ikeja, take it to SLOT. Only a professional hand can touch it else they'll screw something up. BTW, which OS are you running?

Wish I have a definite solution for you. But what I'll suggest you recalibrate your battery and see if it helps

Good day. I recalibrate the battery like you said but it still went off when the battery level got to 20%. This happened like twice after charging it to 100%, it still went off when I used it and the battery level got to 20%. If I do decide to get a new battery, do you have an idea about the price and where I can get original? The phone is a BlackBerry Q5 and the battery is non removable unless by a technician. Thanks.

Update : I charged d phone a bit like I said, then used it to browse. I keep watching the battery,the last time I checked, the battery was 30% after a few mins am guessing may be 5 - 7 mins, the phone went off again. I don't know what's happening. This has never happened before. This problem started today. Please help. Thanks.

Good day, pls I need help your help. My BlackBerry Q5 just went off. It just showed "device turning off" on the screen and went off. I tried putting it on but it just showed a battery icon that has run down and refused to come on. I used a USB cord to charge it up cos there is no light. I waited for sometime and tried to power it on again, it came on with the battery showing 22% charging. Normally when the battery level gets to 20%, there is a message telling me that and the notification light changes to amber colourbut this time around nothing of such. I don't know that the problem could be. I have charged it a bit just to see if the same thing would happen again. The phone is less than a year. Thanks.

but she can take f0lic acid and any preconception vitamin to help.

i think she should be told of this site and post what the doctors said. this is a faceless forum. no one will know its her.
because she is going to tell every other person except her husband the truth. sometimes sef, we hide some things from husbands especially when he might tell mummy.
please am not saying she is not telling the truth about her state, am just saying she would gain more if she comes here her self.
plus with the mother inlaw interference and the whole line of report back to her?

i think u can read up the benefits of the drug u want to advise her on on googlr....we cant advise her to take anything.
there r a lot of test to do and not just visiting a specialist once or twice.
we need her to tell us and we can advise her.
all of us here are also learning and trying to get pregnant or keep a pregnancy.

unexplained infertility is very dicey to treat. there is also the spiritual angle to it especially when all is medically fine.

Thanks iomoge. My husband came in some minutes ago, he told me he called her at the office. Everything I wrote in the first post is still what she said only that she said her husband sperm count is slightly low and he was a cream to rub. The cream rubbing thing is what confused me. The mum in law I talked about is her mum( I am married to her brother). She even told my husband that she didn't tell their mum about the sperm count issue.Her own mum in law is late. Like I said before she still said that they told them that there is nothing wrong with both of them. Pls is there anything that both of them can do?. I want to suggest the fertilaid to them. I just needed to get answers cos my husband says he would still call her later at night. Thanks.

I use a q5 and I downloaded candycrush flawlessly from amazon.....you probably need to update 'cause i'm on 10.3.1.
It's quite easy,the phone had asked that I use wifi,all I did use to use a friend's android phone and via the 'tethering' option undering networks(settings) sent data(wifi) to my q5,updating it in the process

hi, im afraid you have to be on the latest 10.3.1 OS for you to run the current version of candy crush saga. Installing the OS is pretty easy and you dont need a nerve of steel to pull it through . All you need is the correct autoloader for your phone, a PC and Internet, then you're good to go. But if you've gotten a prompt to do it OTA, look for a strong wifi and update.

Hello doc, I have a family member who has been married for a year and six months now with no pregnancy. She and her husband decided to go for medical checkup this past December to find out what was wrong. After all tests have been done, she was certified ok but her husband was diagnosed of low sperm count and given drugs to treat it. In February this year, they went to another hospital and the doctor after going through the tests they did in the other hospital, complained that some of the tests carried out by the first place they went to was unnecessary. He conducted some tests on them and said they are ok. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, she said she is not going to any other hospital that she is tired of all the tests. Her period is regular, the thing is nobody knows what the issue is. She is unhappy. My question is what could be wrong and since tests have been conducted and both of them certified ok, is there any other thing they need to do that is not been done?. Sorry for the long post. Thank you.

I have gone to INEC office several time only for the officials to keep saying that the cards are still been expected from abuja. I was told to come back next week before the election. I was also told to send some details to a short code to verify my voter status, I did and the message I got was " unable to find a voter with this name and vin". I just used the process outlined by the op and the message I got was, "your pickup location is 5th Ave pry sch"My question is, since all the cards are now at INEC why did I get the message that it is somewhere else? Also since my name is not on the register, should I still check back at the INEC office? Sorry for the epistle. Thanks.
