Romance / Re: When A Girl That Once Rejected You Is Still Unmarried by feaworaoja007: 3:45pm On Sep 03, 2016
Nori:

Is it by force to accept advances from a man?? Is it not better to be single than marry a man you don't love? What your saying doesn't make sense at all, and what makes u think the person u married is even better, because she is more beautiful. Maybe she was just more desperate.

God to will give the girl a more handsome and richer guy who is better than you undecided
lol! wait till you reach menopause, then we"ll know if you really wanted to marry for love or unrealistic standards you"ve put!

Some iDaft Yoots have started with their show of shame yet again. They would NEVER learn from the past.

They wake up every morning with belly aching from the hatred it's filled with and start crawling all over the place spitting venomous saliva, trying desperately to infect others with the disease which took hold of them since their stupid god lost an election.

In just a couple of months, just like they were shamed in the ambassadorial screening saga, the Ese Oruru saga, the Enugu state street hawking saga, the Enugu state HoA saga, PDP zoning saga and the countless rest of them, they will be forced to feed on their own excrement on this as well.

We saw it happen last year and I bet it will happen this time too.

Play politics with tact, wisdom and without all that emotions and bitterness- they would never listen.

Intelligent folks have been insisting from the word go government hands off sponsorship of this charade be it for Muslims or Christians. A man's relationship with their God is a personal and private affair and should remain so. Anyone who wants to go visit some shithole they call holly land ANYWHERE should do so from their pockets. Pilgrimage has never been a prerequisite for salvation anywhere in the bible or qur'an (abi how una dey spell am sef).

This nonsense propaganda from certain idiots trying desperately to paint Baba as what he isn't failed before the election when they spared no expense to do so, and it will not succeed now either. But being the idiots these people are, they'd keep on this trajectory even if it means their death because that seems to be the only armoury they've got in their arsenal.

Na una go tire.
sorry;and your point is.....?

I'm non partisan but Buhari messed up seriously in his handling of this situation.

Jonathan was not voted for in some states of the north in 2011 but he didn't go about classifying Nigerians into enemies and friends.

More importantly. GEJ's supporters didn't go about ridiculing those who didn't vote for him.
A little show of magnanimity in victory is expected of a true leader.

A little diplomacy using backdoor channels would have averted this debacle that has engulfed the Niger Delta. Talk tough as a president but more importantly, use those channels and without a single boot on the ground you get yourself a win-win situation.

Buhari left it too late and at best, what he gets is a pyrrhic victory.

So today I took my niece to go play with her mates at Sweet sensation children funfair in my crib..
She was so happy playing with her mates and I on the other side keeping an eye on her got carried away by the thought of not having enough love by that man that called himself my father back in the days as a kid.

I remember my dad beating me up at every slightest provocation even on children's day.

He is a bad man
I remember catching him with a strange woman while momma was away
But he fucking deceived me she was his course mate back in university.

What made me hate him more was the day he flogged me in the presence of my child hood girl friend .
I can't forget that day.
He messed me up so badly that I had to run to momma to ask if that man was actually my father.

I hate him with passion.

Till these present day that I'm grown up , I don't even call him , I don't care about him... I only care about mom because she gave me confidence , showed me love and treat me right .

So to the parents reading my story, you've got to be not just mom and dad to your children , you've got to be friends with them too so they don't go online and write my kind of story about you when they became adults.

Thanks for reading.
Airforce!

can totally relate wit all these people that say they hate their dad;
i'd like the to read a book called "Prince of Tide"...av forgotten the
author tho';but it is a very insightful story about this kinda
case...very interesting read too....however,when I look back now
@ all those harsh discipline and all, the way I see it now,it's like
"our father's are trying to give us "orientations" on how to be
tough...the way I see it, it's like saying; son, you don't have to be a
pvssy in life,it's like a military drill, its like the olden days Spartans
where your son has no other option but to be tough
the drill and orientation will only make you stronger; when your
dad's no more; dts when you"ll appreciate the rugged orientation
he has put into you,cos when your uncles and cousins start
coming for your "birthright"; you"ll now show them the stuff you"re
made of...that's when the rugged mentality and beast your dad
has created comes out;and dts when you appreciate the ruggedity
he has instilled into you.
m Proud of my dad for making me pass through such rugged drills
cos it prepared me for the encounters I defeated when he was no
longer around. now my cousins and uncle will look on,Nd be like
"Yea, he's really the son of his father"

hmmm...his fears and concern are genuine...the parents fear, might also be that in future "if" you start feeling lonely, and maybe "god4bid" he's not around, you"ll normally take the kids and start gravitating towards your own family side i.e yoruba and the kids won't now know their rightful place in their root which is their fatherland thereby leaving their kinsmen and leaving their roots void while other kinsmen that got married to their tribe will take over and your kids won't even care of know the implication of losing ther heritage and roots...it's a tough one,but in the long run,i'd advice it's safer you guys see if you can live with alternatives, know the kind of background you come from and see if you can deal with what's @ stake against all odds...if not,i suggest you let it go,cos in the long run,if it goes wrong, the mockery and taunting alone will leave you guys regreting 4life! all d best!
