You forget he got it competing against 5 other people which includes Nengi, Kidd( who was massively voted for by elites), Lucy (arguably have similar "voting fanbase" to Prince). Ozo got 27% by just competing against 3 other people. If Laycon should replace Ozo on that poll, he is getting nothing less than 60%.
