Like i said earlier see a pyschologist,and also move closer to God, pray to him to give you a calm spirit and also whenever you are trying to get upset just move out of that vicinity,go to somewhere quiet and cool,then just start repeating these words over and over again,o lord give me a calm spirit,i hope this works for you like it worked for someone i know.
