First bolded: Not True. It looks like you don't know much about the country you are trying to sell. I have no problem with people saying all sort of good stuffs to help their minsistry, but ignoring the negatives or only touching them superficially is wickedness. Either you present details of both sides or you don't. Surely we must survive, but it's rather selfish sometimes. It could ruin their lives.

Second bolded: It's not as easy as you make it seem. Getting English teaching Jobs is difficult and Job Security is usually not assured, even with TEFL certificate, and you are probably in trouble if you don't. In fact we know a lot of schools ceremoniously refuse to pay the foreign teachers, and you wouldn't be able to do much about it, since you probably cannot navigate their legal system and probably don't have a work permit. And then their issues of knowing the language, as would be preferred at some language institutions. This is what you all do with your sweet talk, drawing Yahoo boy or potential yahoo boys, some of which have tarnished the reputation of Nigerians-in which case some of their banks will never open an account for Nigerians. We might never be able to fully tap into the benefit the system offers becos of this. Most Nigerians that are considering moving to Turkey do not have capital, so turning yourself into an intermediary between clothing factories and retailers in Nigeria is not that easy. There are issues like, are you going to live in Turkey? How many customers do you have? (I don't want to talk about how difficult it is to get a customer base). How often will they order? I mean it's not as if they would have been out of stock by the end of the month, so in that case, how will you survive here?

Third bolded: That's easy to say only to get here and realize that o boy, there are all sorts of hoops i have to jump through along the way.

Fourth bolded: Are you kidding me? Restaurant business. You consider this something you should mention in a country where the English is not the predominant language? And you even thought to tell people that within a few months you should know the language well enough to access the opportunities. Very misleading and ruinous. Very very shallow description. I am trying very hard not to insult you here. Do the needful.
WELL SAID!!! my brother, I have been trying to explain all these but an agent will always remain an agent with a sugarcoated my mouth.

Thank you once again bro, you said my mind.

Bro, all you need is to change your mindset. Turkey is like every other country, there are lots of opportunities but you have to widen your eyes before you see them. There are the good and bad sides of every country. I know of a boy that came here with nothing. He lived in my apartment for few months. He started the çabük çabük (quick quick) work the same month he came. After two months he bought over 500kg worth of clothes and bags from street sellers and sent it to Nigeria. His sister sold it and he made over a million naira from it. He continued like that till now, he buys 40ft container of POP. This guy is not up to a year in Turkey yet. I also have testimonies from the people I know here who are doing well in their jobs legitimately.
Like I said earlier, before you come to Turkey, review these:
1) Make sure you have contacts of successful people here in Turkey. These people will put you through what's going on in the country, business wise, job wise and other wises, lol.
2) Make black friends as well as white friends. The blacks (no matter the country) have same hustling spirit while the white friends will put you through on the white side of life, lol.
3) Learn the language so that you can communicate effectively. One secret is that the Turks have undiluted love for any black that speaks their language. The Somalis work in some of their big firms because they learn the language and stick to job search and they get it.
4) Hustle!!! Some people come here to enjoy steady light, unlimited internet, good social and basic amenities while forgetting where they came from. After one year when their eyes open, they will start saying Turkey is dry, a 'no go area' etc. Even after one year, they don't even know 'gel ve git' (come and go) in Turkish.
I initially don’t want to reply your comment anymore and leave people to go see for themselves but concerning that boy you made mention… that is a BIG FAT LIE, you have a sugarcoated mouth bro, I’m very sure you’re a traveling agent, this is how you guys sound. Ok you said the guy did çabuk çabuk (quick quick) for 2months and bought 500kg worth of clothes and send to his sister and made over a million under two months?? Haba!!! My brother fear God na. How much do they pay a first timer for çabuk çabuk work (2,200 Turkish Lira) that is like 130,000 naira monthly. Are you telling me the guy didn’t pay rent, electricity, gas, water, internet bills, transportation and no food? (These are the expenses that eats up your income) Unless he came in with money, that is NOT POSSIBLE my brother.

To me, I think everyone has a reason for traveling. Your reason might not be another person's reason. It's quite understanding that there is no job in Turkey coupled with the fact that it's purely a core Muslim country. But the truth is that it's also a country filled with opportunities. You have to stay in Turkey for few months, travel around, learn the language before you can grab the opportunities.
Let's take for instance, Turkey is leading in clothing material world wide. You can get a few cloth sellers in Nigeria before coming here. You can buy things for them and get your commission. You can establish a clothing line as well. You can also teach English, you can work online or remotely even in USA while you are in Turkey. You can go into money exchange, you can buy used stuffs and send to Naija, you can buy building materials, POP, beddings, kitchen sets, security doors and gates, food items etc and send to Nigeria. You can also send a lot of things to Turkey from Nigeria. If you go into restaurant business, you can make money as well. There are a million opportunities here just that you have to study the place first before you can fit in.

If you need more insights or what you can do to survive here, just hit me up.

Best of luck guys.
Brother this is not entirely true, few people that can make it there is people who went with a large capital I’m talking about like 10million naira or above. Some of the things you mentioned like getting a cloth seller and earning commission that is what almost every Nigerian are doing there (because they are too big to do Shabu shabu” factory job) and I can bet you is not easy and the commission is very low, even the Turkish people are connecting to the seller directly in different African countries they don’t want middlemen, another point you mentioned “teaching English is not like before, there a lot of other nationalities (same color like them e.g Pakistanis, Indians, Algerians, Angola, Egypt, etc in Turkey that they would prefer to teach their kids than “Blacks”. Money exchange is not really profitable too. The only thing I can agree with you is importing building materials, POP, security doors, beddings, kitchen sets, but it requires a lot of money like I said earlier.

Bro can you show me how many rich Nigerians are in Turkey that made their money legally? I mean those that started from scratch.
Why I asked you this question is that I’ve met with people living in Turkey for over 10years and what they are still doing is errand boy for the Turkish people, some of them call themselves house agents

Sincerely Estonia would have been the best because of low tuition fees for Msc route and the fact that they speak English.

Also an Msc in any Mauritius university, you can integrate into their system after school. It is VISA free and their tuition shouldn't be that much. I think btw 1500 to 2500 dollars.
Did She tell you she wants to go to school?

I wonder why people are killing themselves to go to Turkey undecided, some are hiding under “student” nothing dey for Turkey, there are many African countries better, your number one problem is the language barrier, go and see how our people are working as slaves. This is to tell you how hard Nigerian economy is. Everybody just want to japa. I can’t advice anyone to go there with the intention to “hustle” except you be Yahoo!

2. Why don’t you use protection?

I always warned my brothers to use protection especially if you want to run away from Nigeria.
You have to be careful because those girls can see things and sense most times, you want to jakpa.
I always thank God and my star for not getting anyone pregnant when I was in Nigeria, that could have ended my career : as I hate protection grin.
I was just lucky.
