Hi people,
Please, has anyone ever used GTbank's visa Card to pay for Facebook and, or Yahoo transactions. I am thinking of activating mine but wouldn't want to get the usual card rejection experience. Please anyone ever paid for Yahoo hosting or Facebook ads with the cards should kindly let me know. Thanks.

Checked dynamicsdrives but they only have for the default scrollbar and some other searches actually can get it done through flash but I don't know jack bout flash.

Is there any css code to achieve such effects and not just to change the color but the look/feel (I love the tiny-line-arrow in the orderbay site)

Can anybody give me a guide on how to install php on my system. I have downloaded xammp as advised by someone and php but after installation, I wanted to access http://localhost and its requesting username and password I never put in the first place. Even when I tried running a sample script, it  brought out the download box. I guess maybe I didn't get something right so I have uninstall both.
Please ppl, I know that there are great minds here and am eager to learn this php thingy.

Just wondering, shud it come b4 or after hover class? I read something about placement like that. And those code classes, I just dont get wot the are doing (my "teacher" actually added them after my codes but he never told me why)
