Jaafar Jackson absolutely nailed the voice, moves and mannerisms, you almost forget you're not watching MJ himself. The musical performances were electric and gave me goosebumps.
The film portrayed Joseph Jackson as a strict disciplinarian who seemed to believe in the old saying, 'spare the rod and spoil the child.'
His tough approach was presented as a force that pushed the family towards excellence, but also left emotional scars.
The story, however, played it a bit too safe, rushing through major moments and avoiding some of the more complicated parts of Michael's life. It felt more like a celebration than a deep exploration of the man behind the legend. Overall, I enjoyed it. I'd give it 7/10. A solid tribute, but not the complete Michael Jackson story many were hoping for
jaybee3: Let's be honest with ourselves for a moment. We all love ajo. Esusu. Susu. Adashe. Whatever your side of the country calls it, that monthly contribution has built more shops, paid more school fees, and bought more plots of land than most bank loans ever will. But you know wetin we no dey talk about? The wahala.
The coordinator who keeps the records "for safe keeping" inside one exercise book that only she can read. The member who swears on everything that he paid last month (he did not). The endless WhatsApp group of "Please who has paid? Send proof." And the small voice in the back of your mind every single cycle: "I hope this money no go enter voicemail." Trust is beautiful. But trust plus proper record-keeping? That one is unbeatable. That's why I built ThriftVault.
ThriftVault is a mobile app that handles the boring-but-important part of running a thrift group, so the contributions, the confirmations, the payout order, and the "who has paid and who is forming James Bond" all live in one clean place that everybody can see. No more arguments. No more mystery exercise book. No more chasing people one by one. To be clear, ThriftVault does not hold your money. It is your group's record keeper, referee, and memory, all in one. Your money moves the way your group already trusts. ThriftVault just makes sure nobody can rewrite history.
A few things it does:
✅ Tracks every contribution and confirms payments ✅ Manages who joins, who pays, and whose turn it is to collect ✅ Keeps the whole group on the same page, in real time ✅ Sends reminders so "I forgot" stops being a valid excuse
Try it with your group and tell me what you think. I built this to solve a real Naija problem, so I genuinely want your honest feedback, the good, the bad, and the "Oga why this button dey here." Drop your thoughts below.

Now back to my question. IF the devil should ask God for forgiveness at this point, will God forgive him? Remember the title of this particular thread while answering the question.
yes
That's what vs 35 explained
Then the master called the servant in. ‘You wicked servant,’ he said, ‘I canceled all that debt of yours because you begged me to
GravityDefier: IF he does, will he be forgiven? Who then will command the torturing in hell fire?
Answer the question now
Why use question to answer question
Mt 18:23-35
“At this the servant fell on his knees before him. ‘Be patient with me,’ he begged, ‘and I will pay back everything.’ 27 The servant’s master took pity on him, canceled the debt and let him go.
28 “But when that servant went out, he found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred silver coins. He grabbed him and began to choke him. ‘Pay back what you owe me!’ he demanded.
29 “[b]His fellow servant fell to his knees and begged him, ‘Be patient with me, and I will pay it back.’
30 “But he refused. Instead, he went off and had the man thrown into prison until he could pay the debt. 31 When the other servants saw what had happened, they were outraged and went and told their master everything that had happened.
32 “Then the master called the servant in. ‘You wicked servant,’ he said, ‘I canceled all that debt of yours because you begged me to. 33 Shouldn’t you have had mercy on your fellow servant just as I had on you?’ 34 In anger his master handed him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed.
35 “This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother or sister from your heart.”
Dtruthspeaker: In Truth, his view is correct for sat too is a sinner, just that he was the first and God has a thing for the first. So, he has special special judgement and curse.
AntiChristian: I still can't understand why forgiveness cannot just be seamless! Humans sins, repents and is forgiven.
Why must God come to kill himself as his own son?
And having people inherit sin they never committed is another injustice from the theory of original sin.
Forgiveness has always come with shedding of blood even in your 72V seeking religion
The only difference is that unlike the blood of animals, which required continuous repetition and could merely symbolize purification, the blood of Jesus was a sinless, perfect, and once-for-all sacrifice

I need advice regarding a house I recently rented through an agent.
I have not stayed in the apartment for up to 3 days, but I have discovered a major problem that is seriously affecting my work and income. There is virtually no mobile network inside the house. MTN, Airtel, and Glo all fail indoors. I have tested multiple phones and networks in every room, including the parlour, kitchen, and bedrooms. The only way I can get a little signal is by opening the door or going outside. As I write this, my younger brother and friend are outside late at night trying to get network access. I also use several phones and a laptop for my work, so this issue has already affected my productivity and earnings. The building is relatively new, and this problem was never mentioned by the agent before I paid. Had I known that there was no usable network inside the apartment, I would have seriously reconsidered renting it because my work depends heavily on internet access.
My questions are:
If I report this to the landlord and agent and they refuse to refund my money or provide a solution, what are my options?
Can such a matter be reported to the police, or is it strictly a civil matter?
Does this situation give me any legal grounds to seek a refund or compensation, considering I discovered the issue almost immediately after moving in?
I would appreciate advice from anyone who has experienced something similar or has knowledge of tenancy and property matters in Nigeria.
lightwind: Please have anyone come across or experienced this kind of rashes in their butt before and what medication did you take to eliminate it. It is not itchy yet anyway.
Please your advice is needed asap thank you.
For now, stop wearing boxers...apply dusting powder. That looks like heat rashes
Gerrard59: Finally! Juju will be used for a positive development. Not everytime using it to monitor what goes inside a woman's vagina. Use your juju to fight those who kidnap, rape and slaughter your women.
That's when I will believe juju works in its entirety. You use your strength to benefit your life and people.
When are we going to use it to win the world cup
All these juju were there when they kidnapped kings and slaved their forefathers
Toolegit123: Good day my fellow Nairalanders. Of late,my fiancee and I broke up and I've been considering about going into a new relationship. I must really say all the time I was with my ex,I was so commitment to her to the extent that I didn't even have time for any other woman. She knew that and Peru that must be one of my weaknesses she saw.
But the truth is that it's been over a month we ended the relationship and I really long to go into another's relationship as an escape route for me to stop thinking about my ex.
So,my questions to you my fellow Nairalanders, how long should a man wait before going into another relationship after a break up? Is it right to find love as soon as possible considering the fact that the it was my ex who ended the relationship for reasons only known to her?
Not how long but how well
Let things happen naturally...dont rush, make new friends and gradually the one that will replace her will show up and you will know without being told
